|June Tedder Martin||Memorials|
Don Young was a cousin but also a friend. We worked many years together on genealogy and spent a lot of time in cemeteries getting information and pictures. He has passed away and I will really miss him.
I am taking care of his memorials and will do my best to handle any requests or corrections you have.

|Mona Herrin||Mother of Lulu Herrin|
I believe that the mother that you have for Lulu Herrin is not correct. George Lemon Herrin was married to Mary Louise Barney first in 1861 with no children. He next married Araminta Louise Wakeman in 1866 and she is the mother of Lulu D. Herrin born June 28, 1868 in Clarke Co., AL. She probably died there also. Araminta and George L. Herrin are both buried in Buena Vista Cemetery (Old Concord Baptist Church), Franklin, Monroe Co., AL. I don't know who this person is who you have as the mother of Lulu, but she was never married to George Lemon Herrin. Is there actually a headstone for this Martha Houghton? I would appreciate any feedback on this.

Hello Don, It has been a while since we emailed. Thank you for the edit correction on my member page April 3, 2014. I am still looking for the grave for Joseph. There are a number of stones (as you probably know) in Hickory Grove Cemetery. Do you suppose he might be there with family members? Jo Roberts, email@example.com

Hello Don, It you will look at this memorial for Henry Pettus Knapp "Find A Grave Memorial# 51314948" he is actually buried in the Mount Vernon Methodist Church with his wife Neta Pettis Knapp "Find A Grave Memorial# 35702809" You may want to correct that.

Thanks Don, notice that I said that I added all the ones with tombstones in Dec 2012. So only the recent burials would have markers that have not been posted. I did not think, given the size of the cemetery, that it would be possible to have that many unmarked graves. I also have allot of relatives buried there.

Don, I audited this cemetery in 2012 using Tombstone photos. I could not believe there were that many unmarked graves there. But after several hours of research I have come to the conclusion that you are correct in your listings. Please accept my apology for having bothered you.

|Ralph ||RE: Reids at Pleasant Grove|
Don I think you have them in the wrong cemetery. You have them in Pleasant Grove, Kemper County MS. They probably belong in Pleasant Grove, Lauderdale County. Here is a link to the Lauderdale one:
Would appreciate it if you would move them to the correct Cemetery. Thanks, Ralph

The information posted on David Bluford Thompson 1834-1898; can you tell me if there is a headstone or was information given by the records of the cemetery..or other?
Thank you for your work,

|David N. Bishop||Date of Birth|
Adaline "Addie" Lee New Tillman, Find A Grave Memorial # 105808460, could not have been born Jan. 5, 1864 when her father, Elijah New, was 3 years old. Can someone check date on grave marker and perhaps post a photo. Thank you, David N. Bishop

|Ken & Sylvia Harmon||photo of Benjamin L Etheridge|
Sorry we bumped our mouse on the desk & it sent before I had a chance to drop you a note.
When I saw the photo of Benjamin L. Etheridge (1852-1922). His daughter Gibbie Etheredge (1883-1929) was married to Silas Evans Etheredge, Jr. (1875-1954); whom was my first cousin once removed. Silas being the son of my great grandfather!
Are you somehow related to Benjamin L. Etheridge?
Do you happen to have family photos of other members of this family.
I saw this photo on Fnd A Grave memorial #26927214
