Hi Connie - I have added the information to his memorial and cited you as the source. If I come across his parents as being buried at Orange Hill I will certainly add them.

Again thanks for the information.

RE: Ethel Norman
Your very welcome, I was out there today fixing the flowers on my families graves and walked over and took another picture since the ground was fixed a little better, there was lots of rooting from animals in 2012,which I have the pictures of that. There was other markers for her Dad as shown on his memorial but they have been replaced by this new one.

RE: Ethel Norman
I had taken this picture back in 2012 and intended to go back once they cleaned up the grave site, so much has been going on and it has slipped my mind, so I put the picture of her marker on her memorial page that I had.

My Mom said his poor wife was so frail and little. She was thinking at the funeral how is this woman going to raise these 6 kids alone. I'm glad my Mom is a hoarder of such things because it's always a surprise to find things in her collections. Glad I could share.

Hi Connie, My Mom gave me my grandfathers old cigar box with his stuff in it and an article of Tom's death was in it. I added it to his memorial at Beulah and thought you would like to see it.

RE: Beulah
Back in the day, Beulah cemetery was once Polk Co and the Church Hillsborough Co. I have thought about going to the library in PC to look and see if they might have any history on the church also. I had no idea that they had year books on file. I have some Pinecrest ones that I posted and Rita, my friend posted some also on the Pinecrest Pilots page the I started on Facebook. I will have to check into that also. Thank you for that info and that I'm doing a good job on cemetery. It's been a long process and I'm entering things daily as I can. This full time job I have is getting in my way of

RE: Beulah
You are right. I went to school with all of them. I put the Pinecrest Pilot Facebook page up and have almost 1000 people on there now. Didn't ever think it would take off like that. I love Lithia and have very fond memories of growing up there. I researched a John Henry Manns Jr that was murdered in 1883 that is buried at Beulah. You should read it. Very interesting also. Rumor was he was running shine also.

Connie I'm so glad you told me that about the graves. I am in the middle of researching the Cemetery history of our Church. They were listed on the 1953 survey and we are wanting to place markers for the graves that are there. Funny thing is that my Mother was many many years ago some of Beulah's (men) members was in an uproar about the ladies quilting and selling quilts to raise money for the church and about 1/2 of Beulah's members let the church and formed Central. It's so odd to me why would they be so upset that they would physically move there loved ones graves dated that far back I don't think they even had vaults back then so I'm thinking maybe they just moved their stones only but that's just a guess. There is alot of years between their death date and 1953 when the survey was done. Well that will be another mystery for me to solve. Thanks for letting me know. Marsha Allen Durrance

Success transferring! It's also more accurate verses recalling the #'s, etc. Good luck!

Would you please go to the Edit button on each of your grandparent's memorials to request the transfers as per the site guidelines. It's faster and easier.

I'm uncertain how you can help other than fulfilling marker photo requests for old and new graves perhaps. Welcome to this wonderful site!
