Terry I don't know, but I will keep my eyes opened for us both and will post should I find anything ; I just assume that he may have died while on assignment as he was often overseas.

I did call and leave a message with the cemetery to confirm burial, but have not heard back yet. I'll update when I hear anything.

Thanks for the obit for John Marsden's memorial. I see you posted a photo of him, so you are probably related. Let me know if you want his memorial transferred to you. I did the whole cemetery and, while I am related to many of those buried there, I am not related to him.

|A Horan||SGT Gornewicz at ANC|
A while back you requested photos of the stone for SGT Brett Gornewicz at Arlington National. His stone was put in place at the beginning of February -- although I took photos, I wasn't thrilled with the quality. But, I haven't succeeded at getting better photos yet -- however, I will! His stone is not lithochromed (there is no contrast paint in the lettering), so it proves tricky to get a good photo in that section, depending on the sun. While I will get better photos, I have posted the ones I took right after his stone was placed. I'll let you know when I get better photos.
Thank you for your patience!

This is for the photo request you have submitted for a memorial at Glen Haven Memorial in Winter Park Florida. Due to the size of cemetery a garden/ section and if plot # is available is needed. The office will not help unless contacted by family member. It would be my honor to photograph it with at least the garden/section info Please call Phone: (407) 647-1100. When you get the info let me know and I will take care of it soon as possible.

|Lamar Sarratt||RE: Terry Roberts|
Lying on the base of the grave marker, I found a small medallion which I clipped under the bracket for the flower arrangement on top. You will see it in the middle of the inscription on the stone. On the front it reads, "Thank you for your service", and on the back "Winter Haven Class of 1963". I may not remember the inscriptions exactly right. Do you know anything about this, or who might have left it there?

I transferred Edward Patrick McMahon's memorial to your care. I rewrote the obituary, according to Findagrave rules, and added a note at the end. Take good care of my "brother in arms" memorial, regards.

Terry, I was going through my other photos last night from Greenwood and found one for Katie Rodbell. I think she was Phillip Rodbell's second wife after Ida died?
I posted a memorial for her with the pics. If you would like me to transfer her to you, let me know and I will do so.

I am not sure who was buried on which plot. One photo is from the front and the other is from the back of the headstone. I just noticed your request and had the pic in my stockpile!! I did not go looking for the stones.

I linked Palmer to his parents. I see his wife was a Vreeland and that's where I found both Oyer and Smith, right by the Vreeland Plot.
