Yu're very welcome. I don't know if you could tell by the picture, it looks like maybe his wife just passed recently.

RE: Emile Crampe
It is the deed card for his space. send me your email and I will see if the president of the cemetery board can get it scanned and sent to you. I don't have a scanner.

Hello Andrea. Jessie's findagrave memorial is 76555924. I have sent more info to the contributor to add and link to her parents' memorials. Her death certificate can be found on Says she was a seamstress, and a James Murphy was informant.

You are welcome. I wasn't sure if you got the information. My computer froze up as I was sending it and just came back up. I was going to include my source, which is the Charlotte Observer newspaper article.

RE: Catoe
I have checked and don't currently have a William Burrell Catoe in the family. Might connect somewhere in the family line, my husband's family is from that area and Timrod.

Hello, just wanted to alert you to a typo in a listing for Mary Jean Lyday Blackburn. Lyday is misspelled as LydEy instead of LydAy.

Thanks for the correction and for your hard work.
It's appreciated!

Daniel James Horney
I do not know if they are buried next to each other, but there is a James Francis Horney, #126287306, in the same cemetery. He has the appropriate birth and death dates to have been her husband. Their stones do not match, but he has a military stone and that is a fairly common thing. You can always contact the cemetery (usually in writing) and ask for the grave locations.

Those memorials have been merged. 2173125 doesn't exist any more.

Crampe's in Dugger Cemetery
Hi Andrea,

I have several Crampe's in the Dugger Cemetery. My guess is they are all related. Would you be interested in managing all of them for me?

Dan Webster photo
Andrea thanks for getting this photo! Was hoping there would be more and didn't realize this was a garden of memories rather than a burial. Trying to figure out if the "Dan" Webster is one in the same as Charles D. Webster born 17 Feb 1957 and died 8 June 2007? And I'm not even sure if this is the Charles Webster I am trying to locate.... guess it's back to square one! Thanks again for your help and have a great week!

Use this link, for the Pittsburgh Press:

The date is March 6, 1983, but there are two newspapers posted under that date.

Keep arrowing over to page 178 of 187 pages. Watch out for carpal tunnel!
