RE: Bessie Dabney
Close enough for me!! I've added her maiden name and transferred her to you. Many of the people in the Hopkins Cemetery are remotely related to me so I like to keep them to add info to. However, I haven't hit upon any Dabneys in my family yet!

Bessie Dabney
Thanks for finding my mistake. I do like the memorials to be accurate as I do genealogy and it is frustrating to search for a relative when findagrave's search engines have to have the exact name. No soundalikes or similar names will show up. I even took the photo of the stone and should have noticed the mistake. Oh, well...probably one of those late night additions!

Thanks again and if she is a family member, just let me know and I can make the transfer.

Issic and Gracie Fisher
Please look at both headstones. The Gracie in Memorial Park was Issic's wife. These headstones are a matched set. If Gracie was buried in Iowa, but the death date matches the OKC save being off one day, well, you might want to re-examine your research. Or the Gracie that you are trying to locate, is this one. And, she rests in OKC. There are quite a few Fishers in Memorial Park, but none is this son, George F, or his wife Lillie.

The reason that these are posted on Find A Grave is because some of us thought that they needed to be
listed. This was a part of a greater effort to get the vast majority of the Memorial Park burials on line for honoring these people, for family to locate, and historical preservation.

Unfortunately, we have no further information for you.

I would suggest that you send for their death certificates. The folks downtown at the State office are very nice and they really try to find the records that you want. Been there. Done that.

Happy hunting.
