Hi Bruce I've found this email message at find a grave that you had sent me and it must have been sent after or during the transfer of Mary Bruce to you. You can change her dates and etc now that you have ownership. Just letting you know that I had found this message.

|Leigh Miller||Paul Hoffman/Mary J James|
Hi-I was working in Section A at the Bordentown cemetery & there is a Mary J James #98491872 near Paul Hoffman. Her dates are 1895-1987. Let me know if that is the person in question & I'll add any info you can provide. Sorry, I couldn't provide an exact location.

|Sister Sonya||RE: Photo Requwst at Beverly National Cemetery|
Not to worry, I always look at both sides of the grave (wives are usually on the reverse) and those next to the person as well. I check the nationwide graveside locator to determine if the name is known- and after I accepted the photo request for Henry, I had Elizabeth linked. As for the plot information, it is already on the memorial (but can also be found on the Nationwide grave site locator- on the Vertarns Administration website or on site- there is a kiosk) it is N 288. As the weather is really blah today it will be a few days before I can get to the cemetery.

Hi Bruce, I added John's nickname. Wanted to let you know that I'm in the process of uploading Photos for Columbus Cemetery. I have Photographed 90% of the cemetery. So if she has a stone I hopefully should have it. I will look through and see if I can spot it. I still have between 400-500 photos to upload yet. John

|Jennifer Williams||Frank Constant|
I just added the photos for Frank Constant. I wanted to let you know that a Dolores Constant Pratt was buried next to him. I took photos of her marker too, just in case you wanted them. I didn't find a memorial for her on Find A Grave, but if you want to make one, I can post these pics, or I can just email the pics to you.

|Paula Davis||RE: Request Edit Photos|
the photos are upright. I added full view of Pou section to show wooden marker in same row as Percy. But it makes your pictures not visible unless clicked on to go to them. Do you want that?

Bruce, sorry I can't add the pic to Sam's file, I no longer have the picture. I have tried to move the current one but I can't figure it out.

You are more than welcome. I see that you have two other photo requests that are for persons interred in the same lot and they would also be likewise unmarked according to the lot card. I'll take another look at the lot card in the next few days and go out on the grounds and double-check to make sure there's no monumentation on the lot.

They are in wonderful shape. I just learned how this works re: claiming and fulfilling photos, so I hope the claimant Mr Phillips is okay with me posting those. Looks like he and I were in cemeteries pretty close in days. I love this old church site. I put some church history on the cemetery main page under photo caption.

I added your requests, I just realized Mr Phillips was also doing the same. Regardless, duplication may exist! Anyone missing, I'll be happy to return. I posted new Church pictures & the sign. I also spoke with some folks, who gave me some history & consulted our local history book; I added this info to the caption under one of the Church building pictures. This was quite a busy area in the late 1830s- on up to the War for Southern Independence.

|Gene Phillips||RE: Percy Pou followup|
I looked at the hi-res version of the picture on the cemetery title page. Yours was taken looking west. Mine was taken looking southeast. I can see the two pointy top markers in you picture in what is probably row 2 or 3. There were probably right behind me when I took the picture of Gracie Pou Vick. On the far left side of the picture, you can see the two pointy monuments. The next tall one to the left is Gracie's. The tallest one next to that is for Chapman. It appears I might have missed a row or got off track. The rows are sort of crooked in the newer section on the east side. There were 25 names I didn't find pictures for.

I misunderstood about the photo. I thought you meant it was attached to the physical memorial. In any case, I could not find a marker for Percy or Mary. I don't think the picture you provided is in Hebron Cemetery. All the Pous were buried in one area closer to the edge of the cemetery than this picture would indicate.

I got 13 photos of the Pou family in Hebron Cemetery today. I'll be uploading the pictures as soon as I get them processed. The plaque with the photo was missing. There was another plaque that had something written on it that was loose and out of place on top of the slab that covered one of the graves. The one you were looking for may have been knocked of at some time in the past.

Just transferred this memorial as per your request. He is no relation - I try to take photos and create memorials of veterans when ever possible and am glad to hand them over to family members.

|Gwen Langley Pittman||RE: Pou Family|
The person that I thought may have had the pictures did not. My suggestion is to add photo request.
My husband is not related to Catherine Pittman Pou that I know of. She is probably from the Wayne County Pittman's. My husbands Pittman's came from the Marion County, Ms. area. I have not been able to connect his Pittman family to the Pittman family in Wayne County.

|Robert Miller||POU FAMILY|
I am Robert (BOB) Miller, and I am a direct LINE OF OUR POU FAMILY that steems back to SPAIN. I knew of THE POU FAMILY NAME from WAYNE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, but MY POU FAMILY is from ALABAMA. I did some research years ago like back in the late 1970's Of THE WAYNE COUNTY POU FAMILY. I Will look over this weekend and see just what I did with that research. Seems Like A FAMILY BIBLE COPIES, but it has been a long long time. Any way my home E-MAIL ADDRESS IS ALL SMALL LETTERS: firstname.lastname@example.org
I Need to get back with MY POU FAMILY. Cousin WALTER POU AND I WERE BEST FRIENDS IN THE EARLY 1980's. I need to look him up as he gave me a CHART that went back to SPAIN. Moved so many times and DIVORCED, may have gotten lost. THAT CHART WAS A LARGE AS A BEDROOM DOOR.
Lets Keep In Contact.
In Christian Fellowship Always,
