Photo thanks!
Thank you! Very much appreciate your going out to take a photo of the grave marker on Frank Hufferd's grave at White Rose Cemetery. Someone else previously "plopped" a burial unknown in a cemetery several states away. With the photo of the gravestone, it's more likely that I can get the "plop" deleted.

RE: W G James
My Aunt says that his nick name was Jim or possibly Jimmie. His birth name was William George James, so I can understnad the nick name Jim because of his last name. He was too young for the Cival War and too old for WWI. I do not believe he served in the military; however, the farming community could have called him Jim or Jimmie. His family referred to him as William. HIs second wife was Lilly Robertson James, I have a nice picture of her for her page once we confirm the Lilly James is her. In 1920 she is listed as 37 years of age. I have her born in 1887, but I suspect that she was actually born in 1883 in the state of Texas. That is where her parents were from, last name was Robertson. Just found a family record of their marraige date - 1901. I know she was much younger than him. I do not have a death date. Hope this helps! Kayla Snyder

I am not seeing where I add info? Do I click on Virtual Edit? Sorry, I just don't understand where to click. It does open to his page, but I want to add a paragraph or two on him. Kayla

Dear Linda Lamb -

Thank you for posting the photo of Jim James. I just learned that his nick name was JIM, his birth name was William George James. How can I get more information added to his Find A Grave page? Do I send it to you, or do I add it my self? His second wife was Lily (Lilly) Robertson James. She is buried near him, possibly next to him. I have her grave marker through Find A Grave. Thank you for your help.

Sincerely,
Kayla (Winn) Snyder

W G James
Would you like more info on W G James. I believe him to be my great grandfather on my maternal side of my family. His full name was William George James, first wife was Maggie Florence Briggs who died in 1899 in Stilwell, Adair, Oklahoma, they had one child - Fred Leroy James. He married Lilly Robertson for his second wife, I am not certain about any children, "possibly". I have an Aunt who is looking up that information, we will be talking the first of the new year. Lilly & William G are buried in the Ochelata Cemetery in Ochelata, Washington County, Missouri. Another comtributor contacted me and we were working it, but the holidays cam along. Regarding Warren J. DORNER
Thank you Linda,
For taking picture of Warren J. DORNER'S grave. He is my 1st cousin once removed. He is married to my 1st cousin once removed Frances Armada BORING and I am doing my genealogy on the BORING side of my family. I love getting pictures of gravesites because, it helps me with the details that sometimes I don't know and it is proof of their existence. Without, this proof, it is just heresay.
I thank you so much.

Stevenson Headstone Pics
Thank you so much for posting this pics. Just as I had suspected, whoever put up the stone for Cora got her birthday year transposed! She was born in '68, not '86, but hey, anything to make us younger!! Thank you again. I really appreciate your time and effort.
Robert.
