Thank you so much for the photos of Beth Arline Ingraham Upton, Frederic Kendall Upton, and Donald Sumner Shoup, and Lucinda Waldo Best Brinsmade's headstones. I really appreciate all your time and help!

Robinsons at Oakwood Cem.
I have located the markers for Foster Fish & Eliza Lee Robinson in the Oakwood Cem. in Jefferson, Texas, Marion County.
They are flat markers that are hard to read clearly. I tried to wipe them off to get a decent photo. Eliza's is extremely hard to read.
I got photos but have not posted them since you wanted a clear reading of the stone and I don't consider them readable myself. And I plan to get back over there soon and hopefully try to get a clearer photo.
I can go ahead and post them if you like and try to get better ones next time. I got a photo to the East and to the West of these markers also.
Let me know if you want these posted.

Thanks, Benny

Piper - Jeannette Memorial Park
Searched for Piper graves at Jeannette Memorial Park, Westmorland County, PA, section listed, without success. Are you able to confirm that they are marked graves? I did not report this as a "problem" because I do not want to discourage anyone else from searching. Lynn

Hi, I received an email notification of this request in my area. I am familiar with this very old cemetery, however, the stones are very old and many are almost entirely "consumed" by the surrounding soil. In the mid 1960's, this cemetery was all grown over, deserted, and many of the stones had fallen over. An effort to maintain it ended with these fallen stones being taken out, row by row, the foundations removed and then the stones laid back in their place on their back. Since then, gravity and time have caused them to sink into the earth and to make matters worse, they are lawn mowed over (unless they are above the level of the sod).

I have a print out of the cemetery when it was transcribed years ago...probably the same one you got your information from. I will attempt to find them as they are near a family group of stones that I photographed for someone else.

I will not "claim" them until I can actually find them in case some other Find A Grave volunteer finds them before I can get there.

Thank you, Laurie LaPage

That cemetery is 100% photographed. Martin's memorial has the picture of his marker.

I took a photo of the crypt right along side of Thomas' in case you might want it uploaded to her memorial page. If so, just let me know!

RE: Thank you!
You're quite welcome! Just post another Thomas Brady request if you do locate him at Holy Cross!

On either side of the Brady/Maguire crypt that I took a photo of were two other Brady names: Judge Matthew Brady and Edith Brady. I took photos of these two crypts in case you'd like them uploaded to their respective memorial page. Just let me know!
