I am trying to find information regarding Mr. Townsend. I am the current State President for the Florida Council on Crime and Delinquency. Mr. Townsend was very active in our organization during his lifetime, and after he passed away, we named our annual golf tournament after him. I would like to do an article about him in our quarterly newsletter, but I have been unable to find anyone with much information about him. Would you know of anyone that may be able to give me more information and possibly a photo of Mr. Townsend? Thank you in advanced for your assistance in this matter.
