|Scrunchy||Ritchots in Winnipeg|
I have recently undertaken to photograph, transcribe, and geotag the entire Fort Garry Roman Catholic cemetery in Winnipeg. It's a small cemetery, only about 500 burials.
Although I have been unable to locate the three grave sites for which you have requested photos, I have been able to upload photos for several of the memorials you have created.
You will also notice that I have created additional memorials under the name Ritchot and have uploaded photos for them.
I still have to photograph the west side of the cemetery so it is possible there will be additional memorials that are of interest to you.
As for your photo requests, it is possible that the markers associated with them have become too worn to read, as is there are several examples of this in the cemetery.
Once I have completed photographing the entire cemetery, I will be contacting the church that manages the site in order to obtain precise locations for the burials in question.

Hello, I have photos of subject headstones that I took July 2015 while visiting my home town of West Warwick, RI.
I have Ritchotte's in my extended family as well.
Be advised, I took these photo's at Saint Josephs Cemetery (WW0014) Gough Avenue location not the location you have posted which is Notre Dame Cemetery (WW018). I have family at both locations. Let me know because you can have full rights to these photo's if you wish.

Thank you! She is/was my aunt. Can't believe I didn't have her maiden name and link to former spouse on her memorial.

My apology. You were transferring to me. I read the first one and thought you were asking for 38 transfers. Instead you transferred 38 to me for whatever reason. I will be happy to take care of them. If you want them back, let me know as I don't think any of them are my relatives.

Apologies for the lateness of my reply, but the names I could read on the tombstone are as follows: William & Victoria (side 1), Julie & Alexandre Ritchot (side 2) and Louis Caplet/Marie Anne Gosselin (side 3). Sorry, I can't remember the last side, if there was anything listed. Next time I'm in the area I'll check again for you.

This is wrong. I looked up the marriage as well as the burial. As I said The burial was on 1789 was for the wife of Louis Bresa who in 1751 was the widow of Louis Provost. When I have had the info as long as I have had it. I don't just start changing everything without checking everything. I spend 3 to 4 hours comparing trees and hunting down the original records. As for St-Michel d'Yamaska. That is true. She was buried in that church yard of that church which is not in the town on St-Michel-d'Yamaska but the city of Yamaska.

Hey guess what?! I went back to the cemetery today and had help. Kenny helped me move some of the ivy growing on the right side of the stone... AND WE FOUND ESTELLE'S INSCRIPTION! It was completely covered in ivy. We couldn't get her whole name and his fingers were in the picture a little (holding the ivy away), but I got a shot and will upload soon. There was also an inscription on the top, but the ivy would NOT let go of the stone... however, I think it is her husband possibly?
