Boor Family
Hi Bronwyn, Do you possibly have a year of marriage for Bartons first wife Ama and his second wife Ella. Without those dates Ama shows up as his second wife. Are you related? If so I would love to pass them onto family. If not, that is ok too. Sincerely, Julie

I have linked Vi Gift to her parents. We were lucky enough to have known them. They lived several houses down from us when I first moved to New Windsor. I also found their obituaries and have posted them.

Cytherea Helen Stearns Hunkins b. 1847
Thank You so much for connecting Cytherea Helen Stearns Hunkins b. 1847 with her father. about a year ago I was searching for her family. I have a letter written by her to one of her sisters in 1875. Since so old letter it is in very bad shape and I do not know which sister it was to because she just called her sister and no envelope.
Thanks again and if U have any relationship to them, if I can help in any way I would be more than glad.
Ken Hunkins

RE:Henry Myers
Thanks for your thoughts. I can assure you it's 1900 on the headstone photo. I have the original yet and kept blowing it up and you can see 1900. The last zero is on the bend so that is what makes it look different. If you like, I'll gladly email you the photo so you can see what I see.

Samuel Bailey @ Knoxdale Cem

Samuel is listed in the 1860 (Bayle) and 1870 (Bailey) Census with Daniel and Catherine as his parents.

I have that Daniel Bailey and Catherine Rhoads were married on 22 Oct 1853. Samuel I. Bailey was born on August 26, 1854.

Also, on Samuel's marriage entry to Agnes Kyle, it looks like "Daniel" & Elizabeth (listed as parents) to me. Elizabeth (1802-1852) was Daniel's first wife - so this appears to just be a mistake on the marriage entry.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for keeping this memorial. Are you certain that Samuel I. Bailey was a son of Daniel and Catherin (Rhoads) Bailey?

On his marriage license to Agnes Kyle on 10 May 1893, he stated that his parents were David and Elizabeth Baily.
