|donnatreez||Your Find-A-Grave entry 126665411|
About two years ago I added an entry for George Kippen (1819-1868). It was #90499866. I later transferred it to Kitty Wilcox Talley.
If, after reviewing the two entries, you are convinced that they reference the same person, you may want to delete your entry. There is ample historical evidence that these two George Kippens were one and the same.

|Lisbeth Blue Long||Charles Wilburn, Deer Park Cemetery|
All your effort is greatly appreciated. Charles Summerfield Wilburn was my husband's great-grandfather. He was married to Roda (Rhoda) Ellen Kelley and they had five young children (the oldest was 14) when he passed. We knew where he lived and approximately when he passed from his children's ages and census records showing his wife as widow, however, we had no idea he was killed by a train. Can you tell me how you came across his obituary? His widow in 1923, many year after raising their children, married Christian Andrew Whitehair. Her death certificate from 1936 indicates she was also buried at Deer Park but there seems to be no record of her burial at the cemetery.

I would like to add her correct info to her bio or any links to kids like Walter?

Why does Daniel's death cert say he was single at time of death? I hope it's the right cert I found for him. You have Florence as his wife and mom of dau Edith but confused why it says single. Maybe nobody was there when he died to give info?

I found his death certificate. According to this documentation his father's name is Johnson and his mother's maiden name is Carlson. No first names are given. You linked him to his mother as Christina Olson Johnson. Now I'm curious. Can you clarify?

|John Reeder||Thank you,|
Bronwyn, for straightening me out on the mother for Top Fetters. I suppose that his father married Cora Lucretia after the death of Margaret.

I got interested in Mr Fetters and found his death certificate where it lists his wife as Margeret Flounders. I found it on Ancestry.com.

Hi - I need to make a correction on the information I gave you Jessie (Wood)Gross was born in Mamouth, Illinois not Aurora, Illinois. Her father Thomas Wood was born there, as well as her mother Hattie Quinn. Jessie in 1911 married Albert Holslag in Chicago, Cook county, Illinois on 07/10/1911. They both are buried in Mount Olive Cemetery in Aurora Illinois. Sorry Carol (Gross) Livingston, Johnson.

I am also thrilled about the death certificates. I was planning to do what you are doing when I get home. It is going to take me extra time to go thru those edits because I am related to most of those people and need to update my own records as well.
