Abraham SUTCH
I visited Montgomery Cemetery yesterday, and am sorry to tell you that there is no stone for Abraham SUTCH. According to "Memorials in Stone", by Vivian TAYLOR, copyright 1985, page 18, his stone should have been between the TAYLOR and LINKER stones. There was nothing there.

Jennie R Sutch
Greeting sir. I see you are requesting a photograph of Jennie R Sutch's grave... I have a picture of a grave with her name on it but birthdate is wrong. Are you absolutely sure that the Jennie Sutch you are looking for in Hillside Cemetery (Rosyln, PA) was born in 1840?

You are welcome. Ancel and Julia Stubbins are also in the plot. They are the only Stubbins in the county. Can you tell me anything about them?--Storres

Heck Photo Request

This is in response to your photo request for Find A Grave Memorial# 134489363. A marker is not available. A Clinton County Genealogical Society record, however, has the location. I will upload a photo of the plot and provide GPS readings. If this is not acceptable I will remove the photo.--Storres

Hi Richard. Are you related to Peter? He was a half brother to my great grandfather, Augustus John S Weaver.

RE: John Adams
I was happy to finally be there! I had looked twice for this family cemetery. My Dunwoody Preservation Trust (DPT) buddy drove me there and then walked me to it. The DPT had 13 known cemeteries within it's loving arms but since the development of the City of Brookhaven came about, we lost Salathel Adams to Brookhaven. Sometime in the future, I expect a cleanup to be done. Until then though, sometime I hope within the next 30 days, I hope to go over with a rake and rake where the intentions are to locate John's stone.
I'll keep you posted my friend.

RE: Huffmans
I did locate the family in an earlier census which had them living in the Cayuse, Oregon area which is very near Pendleton, but I'm not aware of a cemetery out there. The next time I'm at pendleton's local cemetery, I'll check with the office to see if they are aware of one.

Hi. Was just curious as to why you photographed the grave marker - when I had already photographed and posted the photo on Findagrave?

My pleasure, Richard.

Arlington Memorial Cemetery is the largest cemetery in town. Many requests have been ignored for years because of its size. But, I have already fulfulled about eighty requests because I took the time to learn the section and plot layout. I usually go to the library to see where the requested individual is buried, and look at my map. I like to time myself from the time I start hunting, to the time I find the grave. I found the Geren's in about two minutes !

Just curious: how are you kin to the Geren's ? Also, do you have other relatives that may be buried here ?

RE: Sarah Alexander

I couldn't find Sarah in the cemetery off the old road the family use to live off of.

I'll keep searching. My guess is her headstone is destroyed and lost to the ages.

RE: Hiram Marion Geren (#134637826)
Evidence looks good to me! Thanks! I've added it to his memorial. We should probably ask for the others as well - Hugh, Infant, Julia, Johnny, and then I wonder if Opal would now be there as well.

There was a very large section of grass in the middle of the McDill section at Greendale Cem in Meadville. I added a photo of it to Hugh McDill so you could see what I was talking about. The Vogan family who are the caregivers are wonderful, give them a call if you want to verify the lack of stones. :-)
