I found a possible family connection but my email came back to be as rejected when I sent it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do you have another one?

|EBC||RE: John Wesley Allen|
Sorry Joel, I can't help you much. We are related to the Thames side of the family. I do not have much info on the Allen side except for what I found on the internet during research. Daughter of John Wesley, Ada Bell Allen married Robert David Campbell who is in our direct line. Robert David Campbell, brother to Andrew Jackson Campbell who is my husband's great grandfather.
Wish I could help more. Ethel Campbell

|Robert Fowler||Perry Holley|
You had offered a correction to information on Perry Holley. I have removed the maternal link but kept the paternal link as I checked my tree, which I should have done in the first place. I have placed several Holleys on findagrave, mostly those that ended up in Texas. If you care to check the Holleys I have and would like any transferred to you, just let me know.

If you want all of the Talladega County Rogers then it will take some time. I'll have to work on this gradually.

|Bruce Hicks||Moses Dison|
I have found Moses on the 1900 census in Carter Co, TN, with Louie Dison, a widowed female. The census says he was born in Jun 1890. He next is on the 1910 census in Stark Co, IL working as a Hired Man and syas he is 20. Once again I agree he is not the son of Wm T and Ollie Dison but another Wm Dison and Lou Smith Dison.

I agree with you that Moses is NOT the son of William Tipton Dison and Ollie Norred. I find Wm T with Olive in Clay Co, AL on the 1880 census, then he is still in Clay Co on the 1900 census but I believe widowed. In the 1910, 1920 and 1930 censuses he is still in Clay Co but now married to Otilia. I see on the 1900 census Wm has a son born in Jun 1892 called, it looks like, Jeffson. Then in 1910 the son is called Jeferson. It looks like Wm T never lived outside of Alabama and all of his children were born in Alabama.
