John and Keziah Greene

Sorry I'm so slow getting back to you. It has been a little hectic here. I have been asked before about John and Keziah and I have never ran across them. There are so many graves in some of these cemeteries that are marked only with a stone or no marker at all, we may never know where these people are. I have put them on my watch for list.

I have deleted the duplicate memorial. Thanks for letting me know. I think what happened when I added the memorial I must have entered twice which created the second memorial. Thanks for letting me know. Henry Webber

I misread that rule it is limited to twenty per week. I will work on these when I get a chance.

Estell Elder
I deleted the memorial for Estell Elder. I would not have duplicated it if the original contributor and put the name as it appears on the stone.

I also see that you sent 20 corrections to me last night. I hope you have read the rules that limit the number of corrections to 20 per month.

RE: Thomas P. Eubank (d.1903)
No, Thomas Preston Eubank's number is 93626828.
Thomas J. Eubank is 95799898

Thomas J. Eubank is the son of Thomas Preston Eubank and Susan Herron.

The Diuguid Funeral Home Records have the names wrong. They have Thomas P. listed as "Thomas J." and Thomas J. as "Thomas P."
The key to clearing it up is that James Proffitt and the railroad made arrangements for Thomas Eubank (d. 1903), while daughter Nettie Eubank Harrison made arrangements for Thomas Preston Eubank. Because James Proffitt, Jr., and Signora were cousins, Thomas J. Eubank was Signora's brother.

Duplicate memorials
I have received your suggestions about duplicate memorials in Meade Cemetery. I appreciate your suggestion that I read the rules but I do check for duplicates before posting memorials. The problem is that "Mead Cemetery" and "Meade Cemetery" were merged, thus there are now duplicates of some memorials. I am not removing mine.

Acenith "Sena" Estes Greene

I have not found a headstone for Mrs Greene. The stone for Mr Greene was surrounded by daffodils and I almost missed it. It is in a family plot and there are a number of spaces that have noe stone or marker. I have not completed the entire cemetery yet, but will let you know if I find her.
