RE: Donald Stroup
Glad I could help. I actually photographed the whole cemetery at the end of the summer, but haven't had a chance to get them all posted yet. If you would like Donald transferred to your care, just let me know. I also have three more Stroup's in the same cemetery...if they are related, I would be happy to transfer them also.

Note that there are photos for tombstone of J. Heinrich, Sopia and Dorothee. The south side picture of Dorothee's inscription is very poor quality and I didn't post. Will try again different season. Also posted stone for Friedrich Deike and Marie Deike Becher.

RE: Mary Pearman
Ok. When I can figure out how to get it reduced, I'll get it. May have to try a few more programs.

I have the same thing about Maggie. I wonder if her death certificate would list the cemetery. I know the ones I have copies of from Kentucky and South Carolina do.

I agree about Charles. But I have numerous Pearman aunts/uncles that I don't know where they are buried. And he could be buried in the same cemetery as his parents, but I don't remember seeing a stone for him. But that doesn't mean anything either as so many are virtually impossible to read, and some may be gone, or he may not have had one. But I would find that very odd since most of his siblings do. I guess your guess is as good as mine. Maybe one day one of us will stumble upon it.

Hi, Mason. Sorry for not responding sooner, but was on vacation. Yes, I did. I typed the column to put on there, but have to get rid of the white around the column to be able to post it to her pictures. If you already have it without the white around it, and want to post it yourself, please do. If you have any pictures you want to post to any of my memorials I created, I encourage you to do so. My thinking for me adding my pictures is that if something bad should happen to my originals or computers, I can always go back to that site and get a copy. Plus, if I have something that other family members would enjoy seeing, I like to share. Have a great day!

RE: Mary Pearman
Hi, Mason. I would love to have a copy of the Decatur Review you spoke of for Mary. I would add to her bio. I didn't have Charley with any other spouse other than Margaret. I do have his children listed as Ada, Benjamin E., Clinton, Homer and William. Does that correspond with yours? Charley may even be buried in Indiana, as it appeared a lot of people back then moved back and forth from Indiana to Illinois. I've been working on the Pearman family since about 1978, and I don't think I'll ever get them all linked. And Charles (Charley) was my 1st cousin 3 times removed. Good talking to you, Cousin!

RE: Mary Pearman
I believe I got that information from another family member who doesn't do findagrave, but I can't put my hand on that email right this second. But if the Clinton you are referring to is the same Clinton Abraham (7/30/1885-12/8/1924) that is in my family, I believe his mother's name was Margaret E. "Maggie" Straight (11/22/1861-4/25/1917 Tuscola, Douglas, Illinois) who married Charles Pearman 7/1857-? Decator, Macon, Illinois). But I'm not sure where Charles or Maggie are buried.

You are very welcome. I enjoy helping others out by doing something that I enjoy which is getting out in cemeteries and using my camera.

RE: Pearmans
Mason I did follow up for you. The name of the keeper is Rodney Perrine, phone 217-254-3045 (cell). I spoke with him today and gave him the names. He went to his computer and could not locate any Pearmans at all in the Bourbon Cemetery. I asked if it was okay to give you his name and number in case you would like to give him a call. He said that would be fine. I am sorry I wasn't successful for you, but I hope this was helpful. Lynn

RE: Pearmans
