I saw on his page that you have his father listed as Malachi Grant. What is your source for this information? I've been trying to conclusively connect the two of them and haven't had any success.
Thanks so much!

|Jim Miller||Anna Jane Grant|
I would like to know where you obtained the information that Anna was born in Brunswick, North Carolina. Is there some record of her birth that includes this place information? The grave marker only gives the date.

I am searching for Phyllis and Joe Vernon. Would you be that correct Phyllis?

|Jim Miller||Anne Jane Grant Grave Marker|
You have provided an entry in Find A Grave for Anne Jane Grant in Chesterfield, South Carolina. The entry includes a few vital events and dates. It also includes several photographs of her grave marker. I am not able to read the entire inscription on the marker. The bottom half is the most difficult to read. Can you assist in deciphering what it says?

I did not realize I had two memorials for him. I moved the photos of the stone from the other one. I have requested it to be removed because all the links are on the second one. I cannot remove it even though I maintain it because I did not enter it originally. Thank you for finding that error.

The person who maintains the memorial for James H Ratliff will have to create the link. It's done from children to parents, but not the other way around. Could you please contact me at the e-mail address in my profile? My grandfather Lonnie Ratliff was the son of Washington by his first wife Elizabeth Horne and was half-brother to James H Ratliff, a son by his second wife Sallie Gulledge. I'm interested in knowing more about other members of the family. Best wishes.

I stopped by the New Bethesda Church Cemetery today. The cemetery is well laid out and seems to be very easy to find a particular headstone. The headstone for Nathaniel Ratliff appears fo be unmarked. There are quite a few small unengraved stones (such as those that were used for Civil War soldiers) in the cemetery. We could not find one for Nathaniel Ratliff there. I did not close the request, but did put that there is a problem with it; in case someone does have more information.

I added William to Findagrave and linked him and all his siblings to their parents except Hulda and Edgar. I have asked for Hulda to be linked, because I did not enter her. I found Edgar's death certificate and it says he is buried at McFarlan but there is no stone there for him. Do you know if he is there?
