Thank you very much for the pictures and including his wife and children. It is difficult to make out the dates of the children, it looks like they may have been twins born in 1863 and died a year apart in 1864 and 1865. Do you recall if that is the case? Thank you again for your generosity.

Marshall, Thank you sooo much for the photo of my gr. great grandfather's headstone. I appreciate it so much. I will probably never get back to Wisconsin myself, so you taking the photo for me is a huge blessing.

Thanks again,

Photo for Silas LaBar
I was just checking the memorials and found a picture of Sila's headstone. I want to thank you for investing your time. I appreciate it greatly. You may not have an answer for this but I noticed the headstone looks kinda new for an old burial. Do you know if it's a replacement or was it just cleaned? Thank you again.

RE: Ogdensburg Pagels
That would be greatly appreciated. Wausau is where my GG Grandparents settled upon emigrating from Pommern, Prussia in 1872. The majority of them are buried in Pine Grove Cemetery, and I believe several infants are there also I have never been able to locate. Some ancestors are also in the Berlin area cemeteries. It is very thoughtful of you to be so helpful!

RE: Ogdensburg Pagels
Thanks,
I feel like I am hoarding the Pagel's in all the transfers I have had over the years, however I have been researching them exclusively in trying to link every Pagel possible to their ancestors. It appears there are only about 10 Pagel's that can not be linked in the USA.

RE: Ogdensburg Pagels
Thank you Bruce, I know little about the Pagel's in this cemetery or if they are related, but my Father often spoke of Waupaca, Wisconsin, so there may be a link. Guess I best start researching these Pagel's now that you have located them and created memorials for them. Again thanks, and I will keep you up to date on any family links I discover.

RE: Mary Martin
Thanks so much for the headstone picture! It is sad that it is broken but at least it is there. My mother will be excited to see it.

Have a great day!

Ole Jorgens #93951906
Marshall,

Look at the above numbered memorial for Ole Jorgens. It explains why his headstone reads Sillekjer (sounds like silly chair). They sometimes in Norway took the name of the farm as their last name.

THANK YOU for all the wonderful pictures in the Scandinavia Cemetery in Wisconsin. They look great. I have to look in my genealogy files, I may just have a picture of his headstone.

Thanks for all your hard work and photos. It's very much appreciated.

Quimby
Marshall,
You mentioned a grave stone for Francis L Cumby or Gumby. Could that be Quimby. Francis and Alta Quimby (dau. of Henry Beadleston) had son by that name, born 1909 died about 7 years old by my info

RE: AJ Holly
Hi Marshall - Yes Roy was A.J's son, and Mabel was Roy's wife. Thanks so much for the additional pictures. When I requested A.J.'s picture, I forgot to request his wife's headstone at the same time. When you get a chance, could you get a picture of her headstone? No hurry, my mistake, and I do apologize. Again, I thank you for all your time and effort.
