Storms in Bgame cemetery
You will be getting a message about John Jack and I put it on the wrong person but there is no stone for James Storm either. There is one for Charles Storm but it is only a funeral home marker. There is also a Hannah buried in the same lot where Charles is buried but she does not have a stone rather.

RE: Lahn Headstones
You are most welcome! I was there to see pops so I thought I would check to see if there were any open requests. The freaky thing is when I accepted, I hadn't noticed I was parked right at Section T already where the Lain graves were. Only had to walk about 10 feet to find them.

Westview photo requests

I would like to help you find your photo request at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta.

Westview is massive the largest cemetery in the whole Southeast. Would you please help me by calling the cemetery office at 404-755-6611 to find out whether the grave is marked with a monument or marker or both AND what the section and lot numbers are.

Then I will gladly look.

The office is reluctant to give out that information to non-relatives.

Request Picture
You're very welcome! There were 2 of us in the Pocahontas Cemetery all weekend doing research and we have a lot of pictures to go through. We will get through them as quickly as we can. I know I have a picture of James Maxey's tombstone, but the dates and middle name were different. We photographed approx 85% of the tombstones we could read. We are hoping if there is another one there we have it and just need to find it. If we do, we will post it asap.

RE: Maxey's site
No problem at all Lois. U plat trained me in this so I actually went right to them. It was literally only 30 seconds out of my way.
The problem reported I knew there would not be stones for them but Mom had one so I had Location spot on.

The others I was doing yesterday was my third time to 4 of them with no stones and I had 2 with stones but needed DRY stones to be able to read.

I go by Cem. Records and on the ground stones or no stones. I do not post a pic with no stone until I can identify surrounding names. In some areas there are few stones within large area. Similar to You Maxey plot. Ann having a stone made this search cake.

Robert L. Storm
Hi Lois, I'm so glad I could be of help. I've only just started taking photos as a volunteer - I've gotten so much from this site, I have to pay it forward. :-) I was using the mobile app to upload Robert L. Storm's headstone, but I can only add one photo through that - in a few moments I'll be uploading a couple more to his page so you can see the placement of the headstone in relation to the other graves. He's buried in a small section near one perimeter of the cemetery under some beautiful willow trees. Cheers!

Also added S. Greg Maxey and a photo for Larry Maxey in Subligna Cemetery when looking for V.C. I see now I missed Tony Maxey.

RE: Henry Maxey
The other Henry Maxey that you requested a photo of, must not have had a headstone. There weren't really that many stones in that cemetery, unfortunately. The Findagrave entries show Ferguson's being buried there, but I didn't find any Ferguson stones at all. All the stones for that cemetery are now posted if they had any carving at all on them.

:) You are so welcome!

William and Henry Maxey photo request
I just wanted you to know that I am planning a visit to the Maxey-Ferguson cemetery in Spanishberg, WVa on Oct 3rd and I will take photos of all the stones that are marked. I haven't been there before so I have no idea if all the stones are marked or some are just field stones with the names weathered off, but if there is one for William and Henry Maxey, I will happily post them. And if I don't end up going for whatever reason, I will let you know, as this location is several hours from me. Just wanted to let you know because the findagrave "fulfill" button may default back to "claim" before I actually get there.
Sheila :)

Neville Photos
Sent you an email, but it came back undeliverable. I will leave the message for you here instead.

Hi, Lois,

I went to Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Aurelia IA tonight to photograph some graves for my family. While there, I saw the sun's setting reflected in the Neville family stone. It was so beautiful that I grabbed a shot, as well as shots of the three grave stones in that plot.

I found Nevada, her husband Clinton, and their daughter, Clara, who died the same year as her mother. When I came home and started to put photos to names, I discovered that you had a photo request that had been claimed by Ann.

I added the photos anyway, but I did not claim Ann's request. I thought they were beautiful, and an unusual capture of a sunset. I also put in edits to link this little family, although I have not found Clara's husband, C.G. Herrick.

FYI, you will find Nevada's family here:

127680193 = Clinton D. Neville Nevada's husband

Clara M Neville Herrick, their daughter, 127606667

I hope this pleases you and is not upsetting to Ann. It's a lovely cemetery, and they have a beautiful spot right in the center near the front.
