The connection is made. The death years are correct per stone. Is the stone not correct? Anne

|T. Cook||RE: Correction for Find A Grave Memorial# 12131919|
Denise, I am sorry it has taken me this long to respond. I haven't done any genealogy research since the depression started in 08.
My Green Cook was my G.G.G.G. Grandfather. He was born in Monmouth County Dec. 14, 1748 and died in Jackson Twp. Monmouth County March 7, 1832. He was buried in the family cemetery on his farm in Jackson Twp. which is now "Ocean County, NJ. Here is a listing of his children: Sarah, Britton, Silas, Rebecca, Deborah, Jacob, James, Jemima, & Joseph (my G.G.G. Grandfather. I have done many years of research on the early years of my Cook Family in the US and I never come across the name "David" in Green Cook's family. Green had a brother Darius, but that is as close to maybe a David I could see.
In my research, I did come across another Green Cook, but he was from Sussex County. I always wondered how this Green Cook got his name. My Green Cook was named after his mothers maiden name. which was Green.
As far as I have seen these were the only two people in NJ with the name Green Cook. I would be glad to help you in any research I can.

Just got word from the cemetery office She is not listed there. Their records are very good and they do not have her. We tried all her names. Sorry.

The tombstone on the memorial is not for the person listed. The dates are very different.

Someone already linked Anne Fallon Hodgkiss to a George W. Hodkiss, memorial 83005868. Is that incorrect?

You are most welcome. I couldn't see leaving Nicholas out especially since all these stones are pretty old and getting very worn. Jennie

Got as close as I could and got a much better picture.

fulfilled photo request but I am unhappy with how the picture turned out. The grave is under a tree and with the recent rain, the marker could look better, I'll try again to see if I can get a nicer shot.

|lisa c||Allen Family Cemetery|
I live in Allenwood in the area of NJ. From what I can see so far, the exact location of this cemetery is unknown. There does seem to be people trying to locate it currently however. I will keep tabs on any progress they make. This area is part of the Manasquan River Wildlife Management Area which is now protected land. The foundation for the family's dwelling has been located, but so far no burial area.
Please feel free to contact me in the future for any updates. My email: Lisacallenwood@aol.com
A site for the 'search' can be found at:

|Meges||RE: Jacob Kline Headstone Photo|
The number you gave me does not go with a Jacob Kline. I seem to have 3 Jacob Klines. Did you mean the one in Burlington, NJ. If so, I do not have a clearer shot of the stone.

Denise, I transferred the memorial to you for mom. The contributor number you gave me was wrong, so I looked you up. Can you let me know if you get this ok? Love, K.
