RE: Joshua Gordon
Joshua Gordon is buried in the Old Six Mile Cemetery. A cousin went there and could not find a tombstone. The graveyard had grown up and many old grave markers were broken and had fallen over. Only a feew left standing.
I went to the other Old Six Mile Cemetery and I know he is not there. Seems the old church burned and the new one was built at a different site. Have read that Our Joshua would go to the new church and sit outside on the steps during service. Quite a character we have in our history.
If I ever find anything else I will post it on Find A Grave.

RE: Alfred and Sue Mundy, Sheldon, MO grave

My pleasure. I've been doing genealogy for about 15 years now and Find-A-Grave goes hand in hand with that research.

If you want, I can transfer your parents' memorials to you, so you can add to their bios. or if you want, I can add anything that you would care to include.

Either way if fine.

Thank you for the message. I guess you do not remember me, since you were in a different class.

I worked with your brother Al (Junior) at the Sheldon Pump Station before it closed. I graduated from Sheldon High School in 1967.

Sheldon Cemetery was a pet project and I've done work in other local cemeteries.

I live about 1/2 mile from the cemetery and when I passed by last time, remembered seeing your request. I know the feeling of joy. You're welcome.

RE: May Ham Photo
You are very welcome. I'm glad that I could be of assistance. Your grandmother's grave is located at Section F; Plot 106; Grave 2.
I also uploaded a picture of Terrance U. Ham's (Find A Grave #77136464) marker as he was beside her at F-106-1 with matching stones so I presumed he was her husband.
