RE: Capt Peter Northen
If you can find Warsaw, VA it's not too hard to look over on the side of the road and see his grave in a mowed area, if I remember right.

RE: Updates made!
Carol, Welcome to Find A Grave! It is a wonderful website.

Transferring a memorial simply means that I no longer have the ownership of the memorial; you would! There is a lot of information about transfers as well as other Find A Grave specifics in the "Help With Find A Grave" section.

It is common practice to transfer memorials of parents, grandparents, great grandparents, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings. Beyond the 4 generations, transfers do not have to be made by the memorial creator; it is simply at their discretion if they do.

I am usually very easy going about transferring. I have learned, however, to ask before I do transfer, even close relatives.

I sent you an email also to your email address offering the transfers. Just let me know if you wold like transfers made, and I will be happy to do so.

If I can help with anything, let me know and I will sure do my best!

Updates made!
Carol, I have corrected your grandparents Clarence and Ruth Nothen's last names. I would love to transfer their memorials to you if you are interested! Please just let me know.
