Campbell family
Lloyd, I am going to e-mail you about Patrick Campbell's family. He is my 2nd great grand uncle and I have questions about the info you just listed about him.

RE: Patrick Campbell
My uncle (Lyle Bass) was married to Muriel Wood, daughter of Roy Percy Wood & Alfretta Vaughn. Muriel's brother, Ernest Leroy Wood married Verna Rose Kunkel. Verna was the daughter of Herman Kunkel and Ruth Campbell. Ruth, in turn, was the daughter of Patrick Campbell and Catherine McDonald.

My uncle Lyle had two (2) daughters with Muriel (his first wife) and one of them (Barbara Jeanne Bass) has asked me to update our tree with as much information about her heritage as I can. Hope that helps.

Thanks for replying, is your uncle related to these Campbells?

I am not directly related, but Patrick appears in the tree I maintain through my uncle (Wood/Kunkel line).

Hi I see you put in a photo request for Patrick Campbell and his wife Catherine who are buried in St. Mary's cemetery in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. I was just wondering if you are related to this Campbell family?

RE: Nellie Bass
Some spouses who were buried this way in this cemetery have small markers next to the veterans marker. I have already photographed all the markers in this section, but it is possible that I missed one of these smaller markers in the grass. I get to the cemetery fairly often, and so I will make a point to check the plot carefully to be sure there isn't a marker next time I am there.

photos of obituaries
Llyod, Just a heads up that adding scanned copies of newspaper obits in the photo area is not allowed per rules.

General Guidelines include:
No obituary photographs.
No scans of obituaries or newspaper articles.

Information from them should be sent to the memorial managers or transcribed yourself onto the memorial. But they are not suppose to be uploaded as a photo.

RE: Lawless Clan
Another Find A Grave contributor, "Ghost", sent me an e-mail indicating that William and Mary Agnes were first cousins. "Ghost" requested that I make links to family members on the memorial. This particular contributor has created other memorials for this family on Find A Grave for Calvary burials.

RE: Lawless Clan
Kay, Thanks for the note. I'm afraid I don't have any Lawless family photos to share. I am not a blood relative of the family. I went to Calvary Cemetery in Beloit looking for the grave of Frank Dearhammer who was married to my great aunt Celina Bryson. I did not find a grave for him there, but took photos of other Dearhammer family members. Mary Agnes Lawless Dearhammer was the mother of Frank. If you'd like for me to transfer the Find A Grave Memorial for Mary Agnes to you, I'd be happy to do so.

You are very welcome. I had never been to Saint Marks Cemetery before. It is surrounded by full-grown pine trees and nestled away from the highway. I look forward to going back there and taking more photos in a very peaceful location.

Just so you know, I walked the entire cemetery and took photos of all Luchsinger stones, so make sure you search for the others in the cemetery too - I got what I think is all of them. Adding them now.
