Thanks for the photo of Charlene Kent's headstone. It's good to have the overall shot of the headstone in addition to the close-up that was already posted.
Thanks again,

RE: Florine E, Daisy
Your message touched me..I understand. Last summer a small group of us raised funds & placed a marker on a forgotton icon of Salina's past. For Viola Darling..Lady In Black. Hoping the Wichita Eagle picks up Florine's story & she receives a monument.

Florine Daisy
Appreciate your effort & placing flowers for her plot. I became saddened after reading article from an online archive copy of the 1897 Wichita Eagle newspaper. Discovered on find a grave she seemed lost. ...Wondering if she had a twin or maybe a cousin. She shares the same birth year with another Daisy that is in another section of same cemetery. I did forward copies of all articles from that week to Bill Pennington. Thank you both for posting the article. Someday a family member may find her memorial and leave a photo.

Rowsey family
Thank you so much. I have always been interested in Bethana Gaunt Rowsey's life. My great grandmother Bethana Bartlett Mullen was named for her aunt Bethana Gaunt. My mother was named for her grandmother Bethana Bartlett Mullen and I was also named for Bethana Bartlett Mullen but the named was shorten to Thana. Thank you so much for placing the flowers in the photo. I often think about the Thanas and Bethanas before me. There is not marker but she is remembered. Thank you for being a part of that journey of remebrance! Thana

Thank you for posting photo of Lafayette Rowsey's marker. Was there not also a marker for his wife - Bethana? Thanks again! Thana

CORA SHEPLER (BAZZELE)
JUST NOTICED THAT YOU HAD CLAIMED A REQUEST FOR CORA AFTER I POSTED HER HUSBANDS AND HER PHOTOS. I HAD A REQUEST FOR HER HUSBAND PLINY SHEPLER AND TOOK A PICTURE OF HIS GRAVE SITE AND POSTED IT. WHEN I SEE THERE IS OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS NEXT TO A REQUESTED PHOTO OF A HEADSTONE I ALSO TAKE PICTURES OF THEM AS WELL AND LOOK TO SEE IF PHOTOS HAVE BEEN POSTED FOR THEM AND IF NOT I POST THEM ON THEIR F.A.G. SITE. SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS A REQUEST FOR HER PRIOR TO ME POSTING THE PHOTOS.

Yes, I like the photo you added to Uncle Hubert's memorial. The page already shows a link to his parents. So we are good to go.

Thank you for finding the stone of Anson Wiseman.

In looking for Ancestors I am having great enjoyment but finding the stones is up to people like you who are in the area to do the leg work.

Thank you so much,

Mary Louise

Betty Brown
I am sorry to tell you that Mrs. Brown still has no marker. She has the little metal marker that is placed immediately after burial. It has her name but even that is barely legible. If I can assist you any way, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Becky Walker Hunt
