Thank you so much for the picture of John Eaton's headstone! I don't live nearby so it is great to be able to see where my relative is buried. I really appreciate it.

RE: Bloomingdale pictures
Bob, while going to change the photo request I found a picture already. Interesting that another person had placed the memorial in the other cemetery. Thanks for your help, I will delete that request.

Nancy Lowenstein Gramann
Martha A Schemerhorn Coughtry
Thank you Bob for the wonderful photos. I have photos of Martha as a young woman. She apparently sewed buttonholes to earn the money to buy herself a little ring because her husband was too stingy to do so, even though he had a position of some importance in the community. So many lives and so many stories. It honors Martha and brings her full circle to acknowledge where she rests.
Her daughter, Anna Katherine Coughtry Hallenbeck is there too; and my mother Carolyn C Hallenbeck. It is very generous of you to do this for people you will likely never meet. I thank you.
sincerely

Hi Bob.
Thank you so much for the photo of Magdelena Hendrickson. She was my third great grandmother.

As I live in Asustralia it is quite difficult to access photos and information from the US.

Again, thank you.

Jack Eslick
Stearns
Hello Bob, Thank you again for trying to take photos of my family headstones. Another contributor told me that several of the burials were moved to that cemetery. Maybe the Stearns were moved to this cemetery and not their headstones. Both these families were fairly wealthy so I am sure they had a headstone at one time. Maybe they just did not move the headstones to the new cemetery. I hate the thoughts of my family's graves being moved but I guess it is common practice. Thanks again for everything! Jack

RE: Stearns Graves
Hello Bob,
The Richards family is their daughter's husband's family. I am not related to them. Actually the Esleeck / Eslick graves are my main interest because they are my grandparents etc. They spell it both ways. I did not know that the Esleeck's graves were not in the same cemetery. But that does make perfect sense! I have never been to this town so I can not visualize everything. I did look at google maps and the website you advised and that helped me put things in perspective. There are supposed to be other Esleeck / Eslick graves in that ara but I have not been able to find them. If you do happen to find anything out from your historian please let me know. I can not thank you enough for helping me with everything you have done. I am in Tennessee and would have never known all this without your help. Thanks again! Jack
