|Mr.Ron||Milton Bratcher 1878-1884|
From the book "Our Heroes or United Brethren Missionaries"written by H.H.Fout.1908 Page 218
"While moving from Kidder to Eagleville(Bratcher family)in a wagon one September morning,soon after conference,a most distressing accident occurred.
Little Milton,a six-year old boy,lost his balance,fell to the ground,and was instantly killed by a wheel which crushed his head.The remains were tenderly gathered up and carried back to the Wheeler graveyard,where they were laid away to rest by the side of his sainted mother."

Greetings. I was reviewing your photo request. Their office is not friendly to volunteer photographers and they do not give out locations to volunteers (citing privacy reasons). This cemetery is large, with over 8000 burials in 85 acres so an exact location is necessary. Please contact the office at 419-536-8321 to get the location of the grave, (as they know my voice by now). Thanks!

Greetings Elizabeth. Sorry if i concerned you by my quick response. I like to get my photo requests fulfilled w/in 48 hours, or sooner, once i accept them. I hate to see people sit on them for a week or more once they claim them. Besides, Melrose Abbey is only 3/4 a mile from work. I transferred d Leona's memorial to you. Im sure you'll take really good care of her since you're closer to her than i am. :)It was my pleasure and i enjoyed doing it. Take care, Terry.

Elizabeth, greetings! Terry here. Just finished uploading your requested photo(s) to Harold's memorial page. Hope that they're to your liking. You were correct in that Leona is w/ him, sharing a crypt (Cypress Hall, Row 24, Crypt B). I searched all of the two (big) mausoleums and did not locate Aldine/Alden or Myrtle Biddinger. Unless they're in the chapel mezzanine, chapel basement mausoleum or in one of the lawns i could not locate them. If you can get the info on where they are get back to me and i'd be happy to go back and photograph them. Lastly, William E. Ravely is located right next to Harold & Leona (Cypress Hall, Row 26, Crypt B). I created memorial pages for both Leona and William and added photos. If you'd like me to transfer ownership let me know. Happy New Year, Sincerely, Terry aka CemeTerry Photographer

Thank you for posting this photo. I was aware of the child but not a name or a resting place. I have made a burial record and posted photos of her parents graves but am not able to 'link' them together- is that something you can do?
Thank you again,

Thanks so much for the info. I got it added to the memorial.
I actually live close to Manhattan, Kansas but I go up once a month to visit a friend and take pictures. My friend lives within one mile of Mount Mora, Mount Olivet, Mount Auburn, and Ashland so I try to hit one or more every time I'm up there. If you are working on Ashland, I'll leave that one for you and will work on the others. I like the idea of putting the coordinates on the memorials but that is beyond what I can do.
