Thanks for trying to locate and photograph the headstone of our great grandmother. We hoped that this just was overlooked and not unmarked.

I am guessing that the baby (Eliza) she had at that time in 1911 did not receive a marker either. The family had recently come from Russia and may not have been able to afford a stone.

We appreciate your being there and looking for Grandmother Mary.

Hi Marilyn,
Yes, please post the photo, even though the site is unmarked. I've also requested a note be added to his memorial indicating the gravesite is unmarked.

I would also like to thank you and any others involved in documenting Lakeview Cemetery. Marvelous job!

Speaking of history, I am currently in the process of adding bio/obit records to all family and friends buried in Winsor. Most of these individual, if not all, were of German/Russian descent.

I remember when I was a teenager and dated Ferdinand from Windsor; his grandmother did not want him to see me....reason being, I couldn't speak German and I wasn't a local girl [I lived in Denver]. It made no difference that my parents were both of German/Russian descent. They could be tough when it came to their beliefs.

Marilyn, received a message that you had fulfilled my photo request for Victor Immanuel Rutz (#64887814). However, I don't see a pic? Did a goblin get the pic before me?

Family History
Hi Marilyn, Yes I am working on several family trees. Primary tree is GRAFF and HILL-DORN, including all aunts & uncles. Most of my tree consists of Germans from Russia, who migrated to the Weld County & Larimer County areas in the early 1900's. So I am attempting to put obits and photos with their memorials, where possible. Also, I'm hoping this will eliminate many error I am finding on ancestry.com family trees. Shirley

Photo Correction
Marilyn, I believe you have a photo on an incorrect memorial. See HJ Dudley, Find A Grave Memorial# 64885628. A "Dressler" headstone is on a "Dudley" memorial. Just wanted to pass the info on to you. Shirley

Marilyn, I noticed a photo posted to David Reichel, Find A Grave Memorial# 64887648, could you removed it.

Place the photo on David Reichel, Find A Grave Memorial# 64887649.

Notice the last digit of the memorial is the only difference (8 vs 9). The first David mentioned is the father of the second listed David.

Thank you in advance for your help and the great photo.

You have placed a photograph for his wife, Ruth Long, #64887050. I would appreciate it very much if you could place the same photo on her husband's memorial #122164550. They are not my memorials, but she is the daughter of Heinrich "Henry" Weitzel, and that is my memorial. Your photo is simply "beautiful". Thank you.

Thank you very much for taking photos of the grave of Charles and Lulu Van Dyke. I have been trying to find out about their deaths happening on the same day. They had only been married for a few short months when they died. I presume it was an auto accident, but I don't know. Again, thanks.
