Did you receive our cousin's (Stanley George) e-mail and the e-mail I sent you. I hope this is not to much to ask for. Sharon

hi, I just added the photos for Michael J. her husband, and Adelaide thisse her daughter, but couldn't locate Helen. I saw on ancestry that he is buried in a st Mary's cemetery in Clinton ny, but couldn't find her on findagrave.com. Do you know where she is buried? I'd like to link her to them and her parents who are probably at st stephens.

Joseph
St John Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio - Wilmes
Good Evening,

I have some photos of headstones from St John Cemetery, in the name of, Wilmes. Looking at the various records on Find A Grave, I believe you built the records. The photos readable, but I am not sure if they are the ones on the website or other Wilmes. Some of the dates are a little off.

Is Wilmes your family?
If so, would you like me to send you the photos to determine if they are new records or existing records and you can post accordingly.

Thank you,
Joseph

Holy Sepulchre

I hope this is of help. If not I'll be glad to visit the cemetery.

Name of Deceased: Stoffel Claudius
Cemetery: Holy Sepulchre
Cemetery Section: Sec. 9
Cemetery Lot/Tier: 184
Cemetery Wall:
Grave Number: 3N
Burial Date: April 05, 1872
Additional Cemetery Info:
Age: NA

Name of Deceased: Stoffel Elizabeth
Cemetery: Holy Sepulchre
Cemetery Section: Sec. 9
Cemetery Lot/Tier: 184
Cemetery Wall:
Grave Number: 4N
Burial Date: August 26, 1893
Additional Cemetery Info:
Age: 75

I am thinking, if Claudius died 3 Dec 1863, he was probably buried before 5 April 1872

I am not familiar with the Stoffel family, but DNA information, suggest I should.

Your help would be appreciated.

Richard Campau 1927-1988
I could not find Richard Campau 1927-1988 in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Detroit, MI in Sec 26 or in the database. There are 2 other Richard Campau's in Sec 26, but I do not believe they match yours.

A quick search on Find A Grave shows another Richard Campau 1927-1988 in Michigan Memorial Park, Flat Rock, MI (suburb of Detroit). Looks like a duplicate memorial.

Are you related to any Campau's of Detroit?

I also have french ancestors: Riopelle & Toupin.
I have traced a Riopelle & Campau marriage from the 1800's in Detroit, MI. (My source is from Robert Riopel in Quebec)

Myland Stoffel family
The names were on the back of the stone and also on the side. I also found Aloysious M 1923 on the opposite end of the stone of Marguerita's name. Would you like a photo of that as well. I also have a picture of the front of the stone.

I am putting a picture I believe may be Margaretha Kuntzler, it's hard to read the last name but I can make out the dates and the first name and that is what I am getting. Let me know if you think the picture I am uploading is correct.

Thank you so much for the additional information. When I am at the cemetery again I will look for the large cross. I'm glad to be able to help you out.

Goldsmith at Holy Sepulchure
Cemetery records show only a Mrs. Goldsmith and a Mr. Goldsmith who were buried on September 23, 1872. They had originally been buried elsewhere and moved to Holy Sep on that date. No first names are listed. They are buried in the "Golden" family plot. Perhaps the family changed their name? Tomorrow I will add memorials and pics for those buried in the plot. I will let you know who they are and the dates of their births/deaths in case it's helpful to you in your research.

I added the pic for Marie. Also, I ceated memorials and added pics for the following who are buried with her: Wilfred S LaLonde (1866-1958), Carol A LaLonde (1945-1989), Mildred O Knarr (1902-1951), Paul S LaLonde(1899-1998), and Hannah M LaLonde (1893-1954).

George family, Wilson County, Texas
I see you have requested photos of the George family in Sacred Heart Cemetery and Floresville City Cemetery in Floresville, Wilson County, Texas.

Both cemeteries have been walked, inventoried and photos taken of all the available stones. If you do not find a photo of a burial before 2010, there most likely is no stone.

You may want to contact the person who added these memorials to see where he got the information they were buried in these cemeteries since there is no stone for any of those you requested.

Did you notice that the stone was spelled Rebholz, the way the rest of the family there is listed, instead of Rebholtz.
