|Dave Bush||RE: the photo|
You are more than welcome to use my photo. If you
want to remove it from the Earl Krone Memorial site,
that will be o.k. with me. The next time I visit Woodlawn, I'll ask the caretaker if he has anything on Earl. There is another cemetery in Orchard Park....is he possibly there?

I have added the photo you requested. The next time I get there, I will clean the stone to see if I can get a better picture for you.

|Dave Bush||Earl Krone|
Woodlawn has a book of burial listings that covers
up to about 2005; after that burial records are kept on file cards. The only Krone I found was a Charles E. Krone, 1893-1962; I have a photo of this monument.

|Sandra Gillespie||RE: dolejs family|
Yes, the three Dolejs girls were my grand aunts also! I am descended from their only brother, Joseph Dolejs. He was my grandfather. Which sister were you descended from?

|Joanne Gross Vaughn||Dup problems|
I am sorry that you and J Edward are having problems with people making duplicates and claiming theirs was up first.
Find A Grave should be able to track that, not only by the number but if any changes were made to a memorial and when the change was made.
I used to think I was going crazy, I would check to see if a memorial was up, if it wasn't, I would add the memorial. Then I would check again, and only mine would show. Later that day or the next, I would get a notice of having a duplicate and the duplicate in question would have the lower number.
Once I figured out what was happening by seeing a post that mentioned it on facebook about people doing this, I was mad. So I did it back to this person, and they never did it again to me. They did try and get me in trouble with Find A Grave, but it backfired when I explained it.

|J. Edward Ross||RE: problem|
When ever I run into that problem I send an e-mail directly to the person repsonsible for pilphering my materials. I let them know that I caught them stealing from me and taking credit for my work.
Than I send the Find A Grave Staff an e-mail stating what they have done and requesting that they delete the other persons memorials (including a reason why). I recommend that they send a letter of repremand to them also.
I address the e-mail to the following three addresses to ensure that the right person gets my message and then properly responds.
The Find A Grave staff is usually very prompt at responding when I address it to multiple addresses.
Good luck, hope this helps,
ps: CC the e-mial to yourself too, so the Find A Grave Staff can see that you are monitoring for a response.

I believe Barb answered that we can't find a connection with your ancestor. Sorry.

Hi - I noticed that you and Mr. Baker are adding lots of new family names to findagrave. My suggestion would be to try and link family members together. It makes it easier for us if we know wives, husbands, parents' names so we know we have the right person !!! Thanks...

|Mhovar||Acacia Park Cemetery Photo Request|
Hello - I work near the Acacia Park Cemetery, where you have a photo request, and I can easily stop by anytime. However the cemetery office has a policy to only allow me two location lookups per visit, so I am making graves with plot information my priority. If you would like me to add a photo, I would ask that you call the office (773-625-7800) for a location and add it to the listing. Thanks!

My great gma lived in Elmhurst, I'll from 1891 until her death in 1962. She was born in GE to Wilhelm and Sophie Mueller. Don't think they're the same.

Sure I would be happy to. I try to get there often as it is such a beautiful cemetery. Sorry there were only three markers in the entire plot.

|Ian Hamilton||RE: Beers headstone|
The other stone is dedicated to George Beers,died 2 May 1858 aged 27 yrs, eldest son of George and Ann Beers. Buried adjacent to his parents, enclosed by same railings.
A couple of stones along from railings is Priscilla, wife of Edward Horton Grimsd(ale), only daughter of George and Ann Beers. No dates, need to check reverse side of stone. Next to that is another George Beers, b 11 Feb 1845, d 13 Jun 1929, presumeably part of same family group as all these stones are clustered together. Will post these pictures to website in due course.
