Robert 'Bobbie' Frank Liggett
The burial for Bobbie Frank Liggett is listed by the cemetery as having occurred on 4 February in Section P, Plot 52, Place 2. No grave marker is located at that position.

I have a photo of the area as well as a photograph of the cemetery's map depicting the grave location, if you would like them.

RE: Lenora Wood
Thank you for your quick response. The contributor who posted a pix can delete their pix so if you would consider doing that, it would be a start. Maybe Bradley will check his messages after the Easter holiday and I'll hear something from him tomorrow, if not I'll email F'A Grave folks Tuesday and have the page deleted. Again, thank you for taking your time to help unravel this confusing posting.

Continue your good work...

RE: Lenora Wood
Thank you for your response. Here is the memorial #, 141332499. Appreciate you taking your time to check the memorial as your name is all over it.

Even if the monument photo is for an extended family member, it doesn't belong on Lenora's page.

Note also, that in the bio field it reads" by RW Boyd. Unless the contributor personally composed the bio, that note is inappropriate, espec if it came from a funeral home program or newspaper. But as you may have learned, some contributors have an insatiable need for recognition! The obit is clearly the one I retrieved from the OH newspaper at the time Lenora's family contacted me of her passing.

I'll read the guidelines again but I thought a person had to have ownership in order to delete a page? Will contact Find A Grave personnel Monday for clarification of procedures, report Bradley's faux pas and probably have them delete the page as Lenora's cremains have not been buried yet and THERE IS NOT GRAVE.

I certainly hope you can shed some light on this.

With much appreciation...

Lenora Wood
Notice that my posting for Lenora has been removed. I noted on my posting that I would post the pix of the monument and location of the grave at the time of burial of the cremains. The family has contacted me regarding said arrangements.

More importantly, I notice that the pix of Lenora's monument is incorrect and misleading. Please remove ASAP.

Respectfully requested,
Rosemary Hoover, Trustee

RE: Your photo of the gravestones
Please note on the photo caption that I contributed the photo through the courtesy of two very diligent young ladies....Geri Braswell & Sandy Spann.

They have cataloged countless cemeteries for info and pictures in the Upshur County area.

Mary Frances 'Mollie' Lunsford Boyd 116095649
Thanks for the information you sent. I've made changes in my records.

Did you notice that I gave you the 1910 Census information in the post below where she was living with her brother, William H. Lunsford?
(You'd had in her bio that you didn't have that info. and it's the only census info. I had.)

Also, we don't believe that Annie Jane Coffman is Mollie's biological mother but is her step mother even though Annie is listed as Mollie's mother on Mollie's death certificate.
Other researchers have said that Annie and William Robert married in 1 Jan 1871 in Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas which would be after Mollie and two of her brothers were born.

I don't have any proof one way or the other and we don't know who Robert's first wife was.

Mary Frances 'Mollie' Lunsford Boyd 116095649
Enumerated 18 April 1910

Precinct #5 Titus Co., Texas
Mary F. Price is age 41, a widow and living with her brother, William H. and Sara Emmaline Hefner Lunsford and their 6 children, Ocie, Chester, Dewey A. Annie O, Syble O, and Jessie L. Her occupation is listed as 'none'.
According to the census she had had one child and that child was still living at census time. That would be Leona P. Price.

please contact me at and maybe we can compare notes.
I have Mary's name as Mary 'Mollie' J. Lunsford born Dec 1867.

I don't have a burial site listed in my Family Tree Maker for her and it's probably because I didn't know she'd remarried. Don't know anything about first husband, Jess Price or dau Leona except her b date Sep 1890.
William H. (Harvey) Lunsford is my g grandfather, Dewey A. is my grandfather.

Minnie Boyd
I gladly transferred Minnie to you. I've only seen her about two times. I grew up in Plainview, too, and the only Boyd I knew was a John Boyd. He was in my classes and was very good looking. I'm sure he is a relative of yours. I left Plainview in 1942 when a sophomore. Let me know of any additions or corrections of other relatives.
