RE: Gloria Crumpton
Thank you for making the correction. I just uploaded the photo of her headstone. I checked for an obituary but wasn't able to find one so, presumably, she's still living.

I transferred Charlotte Dexter to you so that you can take care of it and add any of your research that you have to it. I am not related to her and haven't done much research.

Am I still active on FAG?
Yes, I am alive and well and still very active on Find A Grave. I am not sure what messages you have been sending me. I am about a week behind in my emails, but that sometimes happens when I get busy. Perhaps I just have not gotten to your email request.

Barbara Craddock Shultz (formerly Pike)
RE: Craddock family
Hi! I got your message re William Craddock and Rebecca Cherry. No, I haven't researched them. I did a quick look on ancestry, and found one family tree with people by those names... he was born about 1770-died before 1840 in Sampson Co., NC, only child listed in that tree was Eliza Jane, 1824-1871 who married William Gregory. Is that the same William and Rebecca? I found a marriage bond for people by those names in 1801 Duplin, NC. I see that a Francis Marion Craddock (both Sr. and Jr.) are buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Denton Texas. Is that who you were referring to? I see Young J. Craddock's findagrave in Corsicana, TX. They have his father as Joseph P. Craddock (1810-1857) buried in Henry Co., AL. I find one family tree on ancestry with William Craddock and Charlotte "Lottie" Simpler (no dates) with one child, Elender Elizabeth Craddock (1833 GA-1890 AL) who m. John William Sollie. I find a marriage record for William Craddock and Charlotte Simpler in 1825 Warren Co., GA. I find what seems to the same same family in 1850 Henry Co., AL, William b. abt 1802 NC, Charlotte b. about 1807, children Ellen, Thomas, Joseph and Amanda. William and Charlotte are still there in 1870, with grown children and looks like grandchildren.

You probably already have all that.... I couldn't find any death info or burial info! Barb

Cheryl Falter
RE: Blow Family
I think the main reason she was listed as a Blow in the census was that whoever gave the info probably said "my sister" or daughter and didn't give the married name.

I think I tried to trace Robert Kemp down before he married Mary Ann but didn't come up with anything concrete.

Funny about James having so many wives! I used to feel bad about Mary Ann in the cemetery by herself. I didn't know what happened to James -- I think I maybe was in contact w/Trudy a few years ago?

I don't know much about the Mann family. I did follow Thomas Hendon for abit -- he remarried at least twice??
