RE: Zetty
Thanks for getting back with me Janette.

I have been in touch with Norman Runyon who would be a cousin of ours. He has a lot of info on our Zetty, City. He is writing a book, but if you want to get in touch with him, I am sure he would love to have your family, etc in his book, and he has been helpful with other info as well.

Here is his link with email.

Nice to catch up with you!

Which family line are you from? Do you know of any Wood family members that intermarried with the Zetty/Citty family?

My family is Catherine Citty who married John Wood and lived in Bedford County, Va. I know more about Citty/Runyon but nothing about Wood. Just trying to find where the Wood family came from. My Tilghman Wood married a Janette Wood, don't know about her Wood family, but I noticed you have the name Janette as well.

Appreciate any information!

Unknown Singleton at Redland
The unknown flat Singleton marker at Redland beside Maud New Brinkley (my great Grandmother) is her mother Sarah "Sally," J. Mitchell Phillips New Singleton.

She is the mother also to several of the Phillips family there as well and her third husband was Martin Van Buren Singleton that is listed. I don't know where he is buried but if you do could you take a picture of his stone and correct Sally's from unknown to known. Thanks Tawsha Davenport

Jeanette thank you so much for taking a picture of my sister Wanda's stone. Wanda would have liked taking pictures of graves. I liked seeing the back because I wasn't sure how she did it.
Thanks again

Hi again, sorry I am not related to Nellie Burchfield. A cousin & I have for about 20+ years been researching the desendents of Jacob Shadrach Champion, who died 2 Jun 1832 in Kershaw Co., SC. He and his 1st wife (name unknown)had 13 children and Nellie is a great-great-great-great granddaughter via Jacob's son, William Champion.
Thank you for moving the Robbins children to Nellie Burchfield Dollarhide's Find A Grave memorial. She is getting a lot of family linked to her on the memorial. So again, Thank you for your help. Bobbye Varner

Hi, I think my computer is having trouble with notes to Findagrave. You linked Wanda Wysong 93576798 to her father but we are trying to delete the Nellie Robbins memorial and only have the Nellie Burchfield Dollarhide memorial, as they are the same person. So would you link Wanda to Nellie Dollarhide instead of Nellie Robbins for us please. Thank you so much for putting these memorials on Find A Grave and for your help. Bobbye Varner

RE: Unknown Koosher
Jeanette, sorry so long with a reply. I do not know Aunt Lura or Uncle Ray's cause of death. A cousin sent me a copy of an obit for Aunt Lura. I have not worked as much of the Wilson line as some others, as records are pretty sketchy, or just plainly not available. I admired Aunt Lura as a child as she grew the best strawberries and some beautiful roses, and because she could drive a car. She helped my Dad drive when we took a trip to Arkansas in about 1954 or 1955. We dropped her off at Uncle Ray's and she did not come back to Oregon. My Aunt showed me a small newspaper item where Aunt Lura filed for divorce in Oregon. Aunt did not let me copy it. So I just don't know much about that. Grandma Boyd did not talk much about her family, and when she was older tried to tell us kids some things about them but my Mom and her sister would change the subject. I do know Uncle Ray ran for sheriff at one time. My Grandma took blood transfusions for 12 years before her death for what is listed as myoproliferative syndrome, from what I can figure it is an anemia or something like leukemia. My Grandpa Boyd, and my parents all died of cancer. Any help I can give you, I am most glad to help with what I know that is accurate. Many of my lines from family stories do not end up making sense per records. Thank you for all your work on findagrave.

I am amazed at how many Mary Sleepers are showing up now in New Hampshire...even from Toronto Canada. I am totally at a loss of finding our Mary in the records before the 1880 Census in

Thanks for your reply. I have copy of WWI & WWII draft cards for Charles Harm Koozer Jr. born 29 June 1886 and died 2 December 1954. He is buried at the Elmwood Cemetery in Woodward County, Oklahoma. His 2nd or 3rd wife apparently buried there also, one of his children Otice Koozer and his lst wife Mattie C. buried in Adair County, Oklahoma wrote down the cemetery and have lost the paper I wrote it on. Sorry, my mind gets forgetful.Believe this is the half brother of William W. "Bill" Wilson. I recently found a death record for my grandma's brother William Lee "Willie Lee Wilson" born in 1901 and died in 1950 in Texas, and is buried in New Mexico,no headstone found at cemetery; another of her brothers buried at Memory Gardens in Hobbs, Lea County New Mexico is Homer D.(David) Wilson born in 1907 and died in 1964. Her sister Lura Wilson Fish at Hochatown Cemetery, and another brother Ava Ray Wilson buried also at Hochatown. Ethel Wilson, Bill and Ollie May's child born 1911 and died same year is at Redland. They had one daughter Effie also known as Sissy who was born about 1909 and died unknown about 1918? probably buried at Redland. Two other children Anna Dovey Wilson Autry Gunby died about 2002 at age 96 in California; and Hazel O. Wilson Newman ? in Purcell, Oklahoma.I never met either of the two older sons, met Uncle Ray once, and knew Aunt Dovey, and Aunt Lura when they lived in Oregon. Don't recall if I ever met Aunt Hazel, but one of her daughters I did. Hope some of this helps.

It could be a transcript error on the 1900 census you mentioned...the writing may have been sloppy & a guess was made for Chas instead of James... OH to be able to step back in time and get ALL the answers we want!!!

I am so sorry you have been ill and hospitalized. I sincerely hope you feel better soon. I will help all that I can my Mom was born in Idabel, McCurtain County, Oklahoma to Oscar Grady (SAM) Boyd and Ida Mae Wilson Boyd. My grandparents were married there in 1923. They had 3 children, one is still living about 80 years of age. Mom was raised more in the Antlers, Oklahoma area around my Dad's Taylor family. That is how they met and married in that county. Both have been gone far to long and missed by their 5 children. I sure do not want to do anything to make anyone feel bad or offend others, we were taught to be kind. Please be well.

Thank you also sponsoring this memorial. I had also heard the name Koozer once or twice growing up, but as a half brother to William (Bill or Willie) Wilson. Charles Harm Koozer Jr. is listed on the 1910 census with William & Ollie Wilson household as Charley Cohisis as a half brother to head of household. Mr. Charles H. Jr. is buried in another cemetery in a different county in Oklahoma - Married Mattie ?. His dad was at one time married to Willie's mother Lucretia/Lou ? Wilson, after she died ?, Mr. Koozer Sr. married a Lucinda Cabiness. Annie Phillips a sister to W.W. Wilson and Tobias P. (Tobe) a brother to Ollie Mae Phillips Wilson. Have done limited research on this family also, and Mr. Koozer Sr. buried in Nebraska. Do not have my information handy at the moment, still retrieving stuff from move a year ago to Colorado. Please feel free to contact me if I can offer any helpful information. I am very new to the findagrave community and am still trying to figure out website and new computer with window 8 trash installed in it. Thank you for all the work you do and the photos of ancestors. I sure hope I am not being a pest. Sandy

Memorial for Ollie M. & William "Bill" Wilson
Thank you for adding and sponsoring memorial for them at Redlands Cemetery. They were my great grandparents. My grandmother was one of their children - Ida Mae Wilson Boyd (1903 - 1993). Ollie Mae Wilson was daughter of Robert Phillips & Sarah Jane Mitchell Phillips New Singleton.
