Hattie Florence Pearson
Gee, I'm sorry, but I was able to find very little information about Florence. I've done a lot of looking on and found her in a few censuses. Evidently she was widowed quite young and raised her children by working in a cotton mill as a spooler. THE HERITAGE OF MACON COUNTY, NC has only her name and that she married a Pearson. If I discover anything else at all, I'll let you know. We are distant cousins through both the Welches and Shepherds, so "Hello, Cousin"!

RE: Mcintosh
I don't have any of them in my Database. Did they come over in 1736 with the rest of the McIntosh clan?

RE: Mcintosh
Not that I know of. My McIntosh family came to American in 1736 from Inverness, Scotland to Georgia. They formed a town in Georgia called Darien (Little Inverness). My direct line ended up in Fayette County and Carroll County, GA.

Are you a McIntosh descendant?

RE: Patterson
I have in my files, that Margaret Ann "Martha" Patsy Patterson, b.1847, was daughter of Etheldred "Dred" Patterson (1815-1900) and Sarah "Sallie" Townsend (1818-1900). She was married to George Marshall Honea, b. 1846, in Jan 31, 1863.

Does this match your info? Do you know who Sarah Townsend's parents were?

John William Crawford
I did a search of the obituary index for The State and he is not listed there. I would contact the Fairfield County Library and see if they can pull an obituary for him in a local newspaper. Hopefully it will name surviving siblings so you can then use all those names and try to put him on a census with his parents. I tried to locate him on a 1900 census in Marion Co. Tenn where he and Fannie married but no luck.

Green and Nancy Morrison
I have added Nancy to Olympia Cemetery. I have run across it once or twice where an obit or a death certificate puts someone in Olympia and they are not listed in the book. I have added obituaries for both and linked them to their parents (except for George Honea).

Green Smith Morrison
The only other Morrison listed in the book is Helen Morrison but it has zeros given for her DOB and DOD. I haven't researched him yet. As he is your direct relative, would you like me to transfer him to you?

Hi, are you related to any Champions in North Carolina, more specifically the Rutherford, Polk, or Henderson Counties area, or York SC area? My 3rd great grandmother was a Champion and we are trying to pin down her family roots. Her name was Keziah Champion, who married James Drake. She lived 1818-1887.

I somehow overlooked Martha McIntosh Champion's name. Just in case you haven't found much information on her, she was Tallie Champion's mother.

Hope This Helps
Tallie B Champion was my great-grandfather. His son, Jack E. Champion, whose page you found me through, was my grandfather and his son. Also, I saw where John Stanley Champion was mentioned on your page. This was also Tallie Champion's son and Jack Champion's brother.

RE: Starr's
Thank you so much for the photos. I really appreciate it. I believe all of the Starrs listed on Find A Grave at that cemetery have now been photographed but if there are others buried there who do not have a memorial yet I would very much appreciate photos of them.
