|Carolyn Fesmire Castor||Marker Transcription|
First, thank you for all the work you do for Find A Grave; it is much appreciated.
I am working on a family history, and I need a transcription of the marker you photographed for Charlotte Howell in the Natchez City Cemetery, #98111284. The resolution isn't quite good enough to read all the words. Thanks!

|CMB||Virginia Benbrook #109798240|
Hello, Thank you for creating the memorial page for Virginia Benbrook #109798240. I am a relative and she lived with my father when he was a child. I remember her when we would visit my grandmother when I was a child. I have a broach that belonged to her that was given to me after her death and my sister was named after Miss Benbrook. Would you be willing to transfer her site to me? Thank you for considering. Sincerely, Claire #47859848

You posted pics here: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=96997013 & they're so small I can't read them. Do you still have the originals? If so can you repost full sized? This site says not to upload large pics but I do it all the time & it takes them. Then people can click on them & see pic even larger. If you don't have original can you read this any better in person? If so please post full dates under pic captioning.

|CemeteryRose||Mathilda Weiss memorial|
The memorial you created for Mathilda Weiss, no. 114073558, is a duplicate of an earlier memorial, no. 103005574, for Mathilde Dreyfus, born in 1879. (Alice Forcheimer and her husband, A. M. Weiss, did not marry until 1889.)

Ruby, I just viewed the memorial for the mother of an old friend of mine to discover discrepancies in her date of birth and date of death. The picture you have taken of her head stone and included in her memorial shows her date of birth as 1924 not 1921. Also her date of death on her head stone is Dec 22, 2002 not Dec 21, 1964.

|Nancorch||Mollie and Walter McCrea|
Thanks for checking. First I cannot find a connection with a Martha to the McCrea families.
It could have been a child death and they didn't record it, just buried it.
Now with Mollie, her real name is Mary Fischer "Mollie" (Benbrook) McCrea (1854-1933) and she was married to Walter McCrea (1949-1910).
Hope this helps. I'll let you know if I run across a Martha.
Thanks for your help in locating these for me and for the pics you take for us hunters!

|CMB||Benbrook - Galtney|
Hello, I am trying to find proof of the grave of Daniel Gould Benbrook supposed to be buried in Galtney Cemetery or a cemetery on Gaultney Plantation. My father was born in Natchez, but I am now in Va. Any information you could provide on D.G. Benbrook plot I would be very grateful. I belong to the DAR thru this line and am trying to reconstruct my supporting data. Sincerely, Claire

I am doing ancestry on the Benbrook family, which led me to the McCrea Family. I need to know the arrangement of the graves for Walter McCrea, Father and Mollie McCrea, Mother. Are they under or near the large Walter McCrea headstone with a cross? I
believe the Walter McCrea with the cross and the Walter McCrea, Father, are the same person.
The ones I am referring to are these ID's with pictures by you in the Find-A-Grave website:
ID# 98204981 = Mollie McCrea Mother
ID# 98205001 = Walter McCrea Father
ID# 98205026 = Walter McCrea, Large Cross
I don't know if you are able to check this for me or not, but please do if you are able.
Thank you for the pictures they help greatly in my family searches.

Ruby, could you add the grave photo to Jerry Bonnell entry for Annie( 68839755 ). CMC aka Carolyn made the entry not knowing about the misspelled duplicate. I sent a SAC to Jerry about the spelling error.

|JackiMex||RE: Robert Jones Howe & sons|
Ruby, your photograph for Robert Jones Howe (#103914683) shows some small print. The first two lines are probably for birth and death dates, but there is some other writing, too.
The next time you are in the Natchez City Cemetery, would you be so kind as to transcribe what was written there?
Thank you so much,

|JackiMex||Robert Jones Howe & sons|
You have done a wonderful job in taking the photos of several of my Howe ancestors. Robert was my gr great grandfather, and the men were his sons.
I would like to ask if you would give me permission to use your photos in my family tree on ancestry. I will give your name as the photographer and the web site of the memorials as the source.
Many thanks for considering my request,
