Last name Parham.... twin boys...Tom & Jerry.
I know odd. But that's the names given.
Still born, we think, Or lived a few hours possibly.
Burial at Blue Star Cemetery in Pitkin Louisiana
The are possible next Billie Jean Bedgood family....
We can see a metal marker but cannot read.
Lonnie Bedgood is close to Billie Jean, he would be the grandfather.
If you have anyone who has the books for this cemetery we would like to talk with them.

Hi. We are looking for contact information of the group/person who has the documentation of burials at this cemetery. We know of the family name, and possible placement of marker. But they have no distinguishing marks to verify they are actually buried there. We only have memories of the family.
Can someone please contact me? Here is my email.....
Thank you for your help

I cannot link siblings. If each sibling is linked to parents, each sibling will be linked automatically on their memorial.

I can't link parents to children. You need to use the edit tab on each memorial to request the links.

|Chris||Thomas Strother photo request|
Bob: I went by Brazoria Cemetery about 2 weeks ago, searching it for about a dozen graves which had Find A Grave photo requests at that time, but did not find Thomas. Today, I visited with the cemetery caretaker, and we reviewed the paper file records of the cemetery. We did find records for Alvin A. Strother (1909-1979), Frances Marilyn Strother (1915-1991), and Leslie Franklin Strother (1936-1985). In the records, the former two people are listed with surviving family members, including a son "Tommy". These three people are buried in Block 36, Lot 3, spaces 8, 7 & 6, respectively. In examining this area of the cemetery, I find no markers of any kind, just flat grass-covered area. I did take a photo of the area, but I hesitate to post it since it is not really of a gravestone. If you wish, I can post it for these other Strothers, but I did not find Thomas Strother. If you are the maintainer of these memorials, you may wish to add some words in the "bio" section to this effect instead. Just let me know. Best Regards, Chris

Just noticed in your list of messages below here that we corresponded about the Nikiper graves this time last year. It was your photo request for Joan Marie that I fulfilled. Small world! I would definitely contact the Lakeview office though. I'm sure they'll be able to confirm if there's a separate marker for Jennifer.

I looked at the Lakeview records again and realized she's buried in the same section and lot as her mother, Joan Marie Nikiper, who passed away in 2003. I added a grave marker for this burial. Perhaps that's the only one? Here's the Find A Grave memorial for Joan Marie: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=Nikiper&GSiman=1&GScid=100058&GRid=20814665&

Thanks for your message. I don't have any other information about this burial than what's included on the memorial page. I created the memorial from Lakeview records. The Lakeview office staff is very helpful though. I would call them and ask if this grave has a marker. If they say that it does, please let me know. I'm familiar with the cemetery and will be happy to try and get a photo for you. Here's their number: (856) 829-3553. Hope this helps!

|ResrchH630||Jennifer Nikiper at Lakeview|
Hi there - I was able to get a photo of the headstone for Joan Nikiper at Lakeview as you'd requested, but there doesn't seem to be a separate one for Jennifer Nikiper. Lakeview records confirm that they are both buried in the same plot: Section 29, Lot 63A. I'd be glad to send you the photo of Joan's marker in case you'd like to add it to Jennifer's as well.

|13th Generation Fairbanks in America||RE: THANKS !!|
You're very welcome. It's not often I can fill requests that quickly, but it just so happened that I was heading up to Doyle and printed the list out just before leaving. I do any photo requests first and then continue on with taking pictures of the sections I'm working on. Glad I could be of help. Regards.

I'll bet if you put in a request for each Strother in that cemetery, you would be more likely to see action taken. We have a weekly allotment of 20 photo requests which we can use, and placing a requests allows the photographer greater credit in addition to possibly motivating them to locate the other family members. Just a suggestion.

Bob, I just found the gravestone photo you added in Jan. '13. WOW! Thank you so much! I had to take a break from Find A Grave while there were illnesses in the family. I hope to find more of my late husband's family one of these days. :) Darla

OK, this is so funny. I walked the Resthaven cemetery to do look-ups for people, having no idea I might be related to any of the people I'm trying to help. I just saw your messages with Jean Plummer regarding the Hatch family and your grandma Orah. Orah's brother, Mitchell (Mitch) Hatch, was my mother's maternal grandfather! So, it turns out I was helping family. :)
