RE: Photo of Dirk/Dick Hanenberg's
Hi Allison, You are very welcome. Thank you for having the exact grave location for Dirk. He is located quite a ways from his wife. Glad we were able to do that for you.

RE: Daisy Hanenberg - Memorial Park in St. Pete
Hi Allison, We will continue to keep Dirk "Dick" on our list to find. Memorial is a huge cemetery - very spread out...but don't give up hope. And what a pretty lady Daisy was. It's always nice seeing a photo of the person whose grave we are finding.

RE: Daisy Hanenberg - Memorial Park in St. Pete
You are very welcome. We also looked for Daisy's husband Dirk, but were unable to locate his grave.
It's possible that he doesn't have a grave marker - there is an unmarked grave on each side of Daisy's grave - one of which may be Dirk's (as you can see in the photo of Daisy's grave.) We will continue to keep Dirk on our list and keep our eyes open - just in case.

Dawn Kelley
Lucian Massey family
Thank you for the information on the daughters of Lucian Massey. I have updated Amanda Gertrude Humphreys. Would anyone know if Edna Mary Massey even married? That would help me find her. She is not at Water Valley or Union Cemetery.

Paul says, "There definitely is no stone for Francis Tack. The East Williamson cemetery is clay soil and the stones do not sink there."

RE: Francis and Mary Tack
Actually, Paul Kamalsky is the one who fulfilled your requests. He just asked me to upload the photos. It might be that Francis's stone fell over and sunk into the ground many years ago. Unfortunately, it happens more frequently than you'd expect. Some cemeteries will allow the stone to be dug up and reset if a descendant makes the request.—Sheila

Email
AJ, I created a list of my F/G Friends so that I could send group messages when appropriate. I couldn't include you in one directed to those living in or near White County, AR this morning.
Please send me a message so I will have an email address (if you wish to do that). Thanks.

Done and done
I just added you to my F/G friends list and happy about that. Don't worry about looking for Britt Majors. My younger brother and I plan to come to Searcy and Jonesboro in April - a genealogical expedition of sorts. I will let you know ahead of time and maybe get to meet you. Ann Bailey my cousin from KY is also coming down and she knows Oak Grove and Gum Springs well. Take care. Gary

Searcy
Allison, 2/3 of my family tree is from Searcy, White County and surrounding counties. We need to be friends on F/G. Check my friends list and you will see Hunter-Harrison there. I need all the help I can get in Arkansas! Your East Texas friend. Gary

Rick Lawrence
RE: Thomas H. Durham
Hello Allison,

Yes, he was killed serving on the Navy in World War II. You may read his bio that I built and placed on his other Find A Grave memorial that was built due to his name being inscribed on the Tablets of the Missing at the US Cemetery in Honolulu. That memorial # is 56129256.

What is interesting, in a morbidly curious way, is another Thomas Durham from Arkansas was killed the 7 days after our Thomas was killed except he die in Germany. Had he not been in the Army as opposed to the Navy, we would have had a lot of confusion determining who was who in my research.

And yes, Bessie was his mother. Thanks for taking her photo too!
