Lydia Ambrogio married the former Congressman Hamilton Fish in 1988 (He was 99, she was 56!). She is reportedly still living so she's 1932- instead of ?-1932.

I have her name as Manery Hopkins, but it looks like Jenny on the tombstone. Manery is such a weird name so I've always wondered if it was correct.
Thanks for your help!

This person is my post but I'm not the ne who requested the photo. Having said all that I have a question. You said in your note after attempting the photo that Robert De Ronda Sr.is in B-6. May I ask what dates of birth and/or death show in the record you have available? There are 3 Roberts, Margaret's husband, her son and her father-in-law. They could all be dead and buried there, I don't know. The re Robert senior is there but you know how those things could get twisted around.
BTW I see you have a posting for Marjorie De Ronda #95166430. I believe you have no familiar link to her. If I'm correct, would you be willing to transfer her to me? I'd appreciate it very much.

Thank you kindly, chip. I was told by another researcher you team up with that we could depend on you "Also, Chip Rowe, who has photographed many of the graves will be there, so local expertise is at hand!" And I was not misled. Thank you for such speedy and accurate assistance!

Thank for the information, but unfortuately, I believe it's incorrect. I took the information off an old cemetery transcription and then verified the information with the County Historian. Putnam County also has this gravesite's information posted on the web at:

thanks for getting the photo and noticing the surname spelling difference. His son Martin's tombstone is Stevens. Also records of his father-have Edward Stevens. Wonder if error on part
of Monument Engraver?.

Thank you for going out to the cemetery to take this photo for me! I appreciate your efforts in helping me find my ancestors. Could you tell me how to get there or give me the address if you have it? I live in Massachusetts and would like to visit. I would be coming down Rt 84 through CT.
Thank you again. Cathy

I am so grateful you have not only found the grave of my ancestor, you have given me a photo also. The old saying:'A picture is worth a thousand words' is so true. It gives me much new information for my research to continue on.
