RE: John Newton Thornberry
I have rechecked his death certificate on and he was buried in Belmont, I think I went with the town he lived in when he died and didn't think to look at the cemetery listed.

Thank you

In her brother Wilbur's obituary from 1967 it lists his siblings as Mrs. Clara Murphy; Miss Minnie Stalder; Mr. Charles Stalder-- all of Bethesda. That's all I know! GOod luck

RE: Peggy Campbell
That could be. I don't know. Since her name is on the stone with her parents, I'm going to just keep her memorial at Crown Hill. Thanks.

Thank you very much for posting the picture of this headstone to Findagrave! I was also very interested in your note about the stones being moved to a farm in Iatan Road. Is there a compiled list of all the stones there by any chance?

It was very kind to take this picture and share it - I really appreciate it! Denise

RE: Re: the Nyfelers and Rhodes
Thanks, Joanne :) I am just so passionate about the final resting of places of people whether I knew them or not. I believe that every soul regardless of their amount of time in this world deserves to be remembered. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you! This cold weather puts a glitch in the graving, doesn't it? Janis

I transferred Dennis to you, along with Bessie G. (Bucklew) Taylor and Lizzie M. (Myers) Bucklew. I hope that is OK with you. I'll let you add the information which you gave to me. You are doing good work.

RE: Re: Clifford John Nowels and his wife Lola Schneeberger
Are you related? I started looking for my grandfather, Charles Nowels, and when I found this site I just went crazy making memorials for every Nowels I could find. Still haven't found granddad but along the way I've had a lot of fun looking.

RE: Re: Clara Murphy
Hi Joanne,

Clara married my 1st cousin Harper Raymond Murphy (#133042323) on May 5th, 1945. According to records: Ohio, County Births, 1841-2003, she was born Clara Louise Stalder; her parents are listed as Fred Stalder and Mary Henejar.

Hope that helps.

RE: Re: Joseph and all the other Whites
You're welcome! Sorry that I did not find Ross Burns nor Venorah White. They are pretty old burials, and possibly no stones. Or they may have been there, but unreadable. Sorry that I could not find them.

Morning Joanne...

Raymond Riley is photographing Mt Vernon, section by section... you might want to contact him so you can co-ordinate your efforts. I'm still not getting out much right now (and, I may be moving somewhere in the next month or so, an hour away).

Have a great day :)
