RE: Sarah Buller Vale
Thank you. The Vales are on my father's side - my middle name is even Vale. We had family lore about them but I think our version had her coming from Ireland. Or maybe she just boarded the ship in Ireland. Anyhow it would surely be nice to find something definitive.

RE: Hattie Haines
Thanks for the info on Bewley maiden name spelling. I will note that researchers of this name have found it spelled many ways, and on most of her documents is spelled Bewley. I am related through her husband Lewis Marion Carter as a 1st cousin 3 times removed.

RE: Zula Ince Brown Griffin Memorial
You are welcome. Thought you might want to write an obituary for her. It is fine to remove the current one, it was all your info anyway. :)
Happy hunting............

Mary Severns Brown
Hi Doris, I can't believe I transcribed Mary's name backwards! She was under my nose the whole time! How on earth did you find her?

Well, that's a wrap for me and Daniel's family. Several years ago I saw what was posted on Ancestry was a jumbled mess. I was determined to piece the family together properly! Daniel was a close friend and neighbor to my ancestor William Jackson Carlock.

Heaps of thanks, you are the bee's knees!

I added the Matthews family but they are not my family. If you would like me to turn them over to you so you could take care of them let me know. I would like to see them with family if possible.

Hi--if you check out his memorial, you will see that I added his death certificate to his memorial. That might help you! Don't know why I haven't added it already! I hadn't got your edit request yet! Thanks, Diana

Frank William Smith
Hi! I checked my e-mail before I went to Findagrave and was able to "Decline" the edits you requested. I, too, have "oops! Rats!" and thought, "Oh, just shoot me now." It's ok, not a problem! Never even made it to the edit stage! So, where the heck is Frank EDISON Smith buried?

Frederick Ince, etc.
I have added the links for Zula and her sister Marjorie. And some others you requested with this edit.
I would like to make a suggestion to you for future requests.
Try to stay with the following format when requesting family links:

Father: # xxxxxxxxxx Robert Smith

Mother: # xxxxxxxxxx Jane Smith

Spouse: # xxxxxxxxxx Mary Smith

This truly simplifies the entire edit. The Sac you sent me was changes for 4 or 5 different people. Each one needs to be done individually on the edit tab for that 1 person. Then go to the next persons memorial and make their additions/corrections on their edit page.

When these are submitted correctly it takes a matter of a few seconds to do the changes. The way you sent these to me, I spent 20 to 30 minutes going back and fourth trying to reason what exactly you were saying etc.

You might want to check the changes. One question I have is who is Doris that Zula is buried with, and who was her (Zula's) last husband and where is he buried??? I would like to link them beings she is buried with his name.

One more thing. Children can be linked to their parents, not the other way around.

Thank you,
Phyllis
