John (JNO) Crider
Thank you for the additional info and I aplogize for taking so long to update the record. This is a long forgotten cemetery, located on private property, that my husband and I researched and loaded. If John Crider is a relative I would be glad to transer to you.

RE: Frank Mercer
You're welcome for the photo & have my permission to use on other sites if you wish. This was my first trip to this cemetery, I was out trying to fulfill a photo request, but I wasn't able to locate the requested one, so I just started taking random photos, glad it wasn't a wasted trip!

RE: Missouri Axley Stripling
You are more than welcome. My Mother is an Axley. Her Dad is Angus Gus Axley and her Granddad is Angus Lee Axley. So I was excited to find Missouri's grave. (I love that name) My daughter passes that cemetery every day when she takes her daughter to school. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ask

Ms. Raye, A better photo is probably not possible as the stone is quite worn. Find A Grave policy dictates that we not chauk graves. I did, however, cleaned it as good as possible with plain water and copied the inscription which you can view by clicking on the photo. Larry

You are very welcome. We use to live in the Victoria County area, and we know several people who have been buried at the Crescent Valley Cemetery. We were in the area, and I had an opportunity to take these pictures. I love doing this.

RE: Mattie Hawkins

Please email me at because I don't see where I can attach the photos here. If there is some other way you'd rather me send them that I haven't thought of please let me know. I will be glad to send you what I have. I moved the grass back at one time to make sure of the dates so that I knew I had the right one and I did. Anyway, will send them when you tell me how I should.

In the JJ Manor Cemetery there is a Petillo Addison Leatherwood buried there. He is the son of Alexander Marion and Julia Ann Leatherwood. Don't know he's kin to the lady looking for Leatherwood.
