Judy: I transfer the memorials to Edward Marconnet (#47805895). This was his kind suggestion??!!
Laura Ann Downs, (nee Paterson) is the sister of my wife's grandfather. She was not a Youngblood! Laura was born and died on the dates you show, but in Athensville, Greene, Illinois. Harold F. Downs was born in about 1901.

Laura's husband remained a widower until sometime in the 1920's. He then married Emaline Rebecca YOUNGBLOOD Lewis. The 1930 census shows "Emma L Downs" living in Athensville. The 1940 census shows them living in Jacksonville and working at Jacksonville State Hospital.
Emmaline Youngblood had married Barney Austin Lewis in Christian County, Ill on 8 Jan 1899. Emmaline was born in Old Berlin, Sangamon Co Illinois 2 Jun 1881.Barney Lewis was b about 1880 and died 1920. They had 4 children.

McBrides buried in Cedar Ridge Cmt Honey Bend Montrogery Co Illinois
Judy I just saw your note on Andrew J. McBride memorial page.

Do you know if Andrew J. McBride was ever married before he married Elizabeth Ann Sutton?

I have been looking for a LUCINDA HURST MCBRIDE.
I believe Lucinda Married a Andrew J McBride in Edward County Ill., but not sure.

Lucinda married Andrew J. McBride when she was 16, she was born 1838 in Ohio & her father was a John Hurst b1803. John is buried in Franklin County Ill at the Franklin Cemetery at Whittington.

Lucinda & Andrew were either divorced or Andrew died & Lucinda remarried James R. Roberts in Franklin County Ill.

If you have any information on this Andrew that would help me determine if this is the Andrew J. McBride that was married to Lucinda Hurst McBride I would be really thankful.

Also I do not have the location of where Lucinda Hurst McBride Roberts is buried, she is not buried with her 2nd husband James R. Roberts or with her family in the Cemetery in Franklin County Ill.

Thank you for your help, Alice Hurst

RE: Elizabeth Deem Heaton
Judy,
Just wondered if there were actually two tombstones for her.
Could be she was buried in Judy's cemetery and the body was moved. I am not sure either memorial should be deleted, but maybe notes should be put on them. All I know for sure is that the tombstone is in White Hall Cemetery.
I suppose the family could have just inscribed her name on the WhiteHall cemetery stone. Lots of possible reasons...I just don't know which theory is right.

Thought maybe you might know the answers. Judy Clark-Wick probably would have known.....I miss her. She had a lot of knowledge and resources.

Spotty rain showers...here.

Midcalf Family
Judy, back in September I sent you a note here on Jack and Dora but I could not find an answer from you but that might be because Yahoo has been playing around with my emails and addresses and everything else.
Anyway, YES what I asked was about Barbara and Mary and any other Midcalf's that you might have pictures of and if Barbara was ever married as it does not say on her memorial.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Jerry

Judy, I am wondering if Barbara ever married and if so do you know who?
Also, do you have any pictures of Mary Lou or Carol Ray?
Thanks

Carolyn Bethel Smith
Nancy Haney
There are two find a grave records for my 3rd grt granny. 97577259 and 108011889. She was married to Henry Leander Johnson 65114746.
Her last name is Haney and this is misspelled in several records such as Hayne. Her father is Alden Haney and he is buried at Buckhorn/Lewis/ Angelo cemetery. I will create a record for him but the two records for Nancy need to be combined and name spelling corrected. Thank you, Carolyn Sue Bethel Smith,

I looked at the records for the Dooley's and there is another buried on the nest section over but I don't think there was a headstone that is why I didn't create it but will check tomorrow and make sure because this Kirkham Dooley died in 1901. Sorry about the mix up

RE: Fannie Smith
I am not sure I am sending my request to the right person, however I do not know how I picked on you. In looking at my grandmother's memorial, I found another Judy listed as creating the memorial, but she herself is deceased, Judy Clark-Wick. However, if you have access to my grandmother's memorial, the number is: 43944534 I would like to have this memorial transferred to me Sue Starcevic #48572708.

John Bracchi
Walter William Wasem III
Hi Judy,
I asked a photo volunteer for a marker photo of Wallie's burial site at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Bakersfield, CA. She said that the cemetery records do not show Wallie as being buried there. Do you know something otherwise?
Thanks,
John

Walter and Mary Alice's daughter is named Marya Diane, not Mary A Diane. They are family friends and I have known then for over 65 years.

Val Hayes
Bessie Annabelle Parkin Ethell
Dear Judy,
I am working on the descendants of John Jackson Tallon and Agnes Ellwood, and Bessie Annabelle Parkin was not their daughter - she married their grandson. In the 1900 census her parents are shown as William and Sarah A Parkin, and her siblings were
Wm Parkin
Harry Parkin
Geo A Parkin
Nettie M Parkin
Bessie A Parkin
Mary A Parkin
Samuel O Parkin
Donneld Parkin
If I find out more about them I will let you know. Abigail Tallon Nasfiger was her husband's aunt. Youngest sister to Margaret Anna Tallon.
