The reason I asked, most of my kin are from Kershaw County, SC, which also included Lancaster years ago.My great-grandfather was Thomas Racine Horton.

At one time my grandfather told me that I was either kin to or my kin was kin to mine to everyone in Camden.Right now, My relative connection to Martha Jane is Mary Sarah Truesdale, her gma.

I am stuck on John, Thomas and Lavonia Payne.I have not been able to find them. The same with some of Sarah's children, Lillie A and Alice J. Farr.

Do you have any more info than that on find a Grave.

thank you, Judy

Are you kin to her? I have her in my database but much is missing on the children and grandchildren. We like to be as complete and accurate as possible on every one we have. Thank you, Judy

RE: Else Family

I've seen way too many errors on family trees--many people just copy what others have done before them, and some of it is erroneous*--so, I don't have a subscription. But, I do use the trees for general info and further research. I'll check it out next time I'm at the library. Do you have a name for your tree?

*E.g., Johnathan Else's headstone in Mascall Cemetery: the displayed photo is not Johnathan; it is Abram Berry. I'm trying to get it corrected, but it's taking time. In the meanwhile, people are copying and posting the photo to their family trees. Don't know how THAT will ever get corrected :(

RE: Edward T. Else
Yes, Edward is brother to Charles, Sr; both are sons of Johnathan & Mary Neeves Else.

Cecile's F.A.G. Memorial (if you haven't already located it): # 91859811.

Johnathan & Mary Else; Eliz Mascall
I'm trying to understand the thread of emails from March 2013 re: Johnathan & Mary Else. Do you know where Johnathan is buried, and/or where and when he died? I was recently (3 weeks ago) at Mascall Cemetery, and there is no visible stone for Johnathan.

Thanks for any guidance you can offer.

RE: Thank You!
We are still working to identify all the graves at
Inland and make a plat map. Even though I have walked the cemetery several times I am hoping to have access to an old plat map soon.

If I find any of your family's markers I will put them on FindAGrave.

William Ransom Payne
Hi, Quenby.

My research indicates William was the son of Calvin Payne (#82157133) and Martha Jane Horton (#32378046.

Calvin Payne's father was Chesley Payne.

RE: Thanks so Much!
Your welcome, sorry it took so long I took these a few years ago, and forgot to upload them!! Do you know her ancestry? She is I think a sister to my ancestor Elizabeth Neeves Mascall. I also noticed you have a Stephen Cady, I believe I have his family in my tree also, Lyman S. Cady son of a Stephen Cady, married Anna Mascall.

RE: Maurice?
Today I rec'd copy and added it as a photo to this memorial for John Everett Maurice Molesworth - which should answer the question about where he died.
thanks - Clc

Hello again; do you mean you have an obituary for John E Maurice Molesworth? Or even if you have one for his wife Florence, could you please share it with me? -- may make it easier for me to continue researching. 1910 and 1920 census show his name as "John" E Molesworth, with his mother Cossie (Molesworth) -- while other records call him Everett or Maurice Molesworth. 1925 census, he says his father was John Molesworth but I have a hunch that he made this up, since Molesworth was his mother's maiden name. .... anyway, thanks for your help... I also found a Myrtie Olmsted Cramer down the road in the Victory cemetery and photographed the stone and uploaded it to her memorial. Mere coincidence?

I transferred the memorial to you. I took a photo of all the markers in that cemetery. I didn't see a marker for her husband. However, the next time I am in that area I will look again. Johnny
