"I wonder where Theresa (nee Glaub) Elgeti is resting. Hugo's wife."

My contributor page has links to the newspapers and I found her death notice. If you email me I can send it, or you can try to find it yourself. I found it in the Feb 1, 1966 edition of the Milwaukee Journal. Her death date was Jan 30, 1966 according to Family Search.

She is at Highland Memorial Park. That cemetery is in Waukesha Co, just past the county line road separating Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. You can transfer her page the the Burial edit link.

Elgeti's at Lincoln Memorial
I was out at the cemetery again today and added wide shots to the memorials for Hugo and Winifred. If you remember only, Carl/Charles had a marker. I made a notation in the caption of the photo. If you prefer not to have the wide shots, just let me know. I have different views on the two memorials for Hugo and Winifred.

Sorry, I inadvertently hit the enter key.
Thanks for the questions and information on the city of Cisena (sp) France. That right hand corner
missing of the Obit might have more letters in the
name. I have not been able to find where that city is either. The odds are very high that your Morel
family is related. You have done some outstanding

Maria Glaub Mueller
Maria Glaub Mueller was my Great Grandmother. I believe her parents were Nicolaus Glaub and Susanna Wilhelm. That info is from her marriage info. But that is all I know.

Would love any information you might have.

Suzanna "Susan" Morel LeMahieu
She could not have died in 1873. She appears on the 1880 census with her husband and his son, Bernard's, family.

Rosehill cemetery and Mausoleum
You have a picture posted to the main page of Rosehill Cemetery and mausoleum in Chicago that confuses me. It is of Nghia Trang and is on the main listing for that cemetery. It isn't a picture that should be there. I couldn't find a Nghia Trang listed in the Rosehill Cemetery. This picture should probably be removed. It was taken on 8/29/2012

Lemke-Schwensow Requests

I added the pictures of Arthur and Frank Lemke markers to their Memorials. The other graves in that section were unmarked or the markers are completely buried. I did find the markers for Fred and Lucille Schwensow there were no dates only the names. The markers were side by side.

Willhelm "Willem" Buschmann
I agree there is probably some sort of Ritter connection but those twin girls were born in 1952- over 100 years after Wilhelm and Caroline. It's OK to leave the Ritter photo but would you please also add your photo of the Buschmann side of the marker to Wilhelm. Would be much appreciated. Thanks.

RE: Lehnhards in Montrose
If you are ever back there could you get a copy of the cemetery record on them. It would be nice to have to add to the documentation for this couple. If not thats okay. Never hurts to ask,
right? Thanks again.

RE: Mielke

I did one last day at the cemetery before I left and was able to get all your requests plus I added a few more that were not on your list just in case you wanted them.

The colors are now beginning to show. I was sad to have to leave.

RE: Hanke
I spent about 1.5 hours walking the cemetery today getting all the Marschke's I came across. Unfortunately my camera decided to die, no pun intended, just as I got up there. I put fresh batteries in it and had a heck of a time getting it to work. We are lucky to have what I was able to capture. So unless this thing decides to work tonight, I won't be able to get anymore for you. So sorry. :(

Are you from here? How are you related?

This headstone is somewhat shaded so I couldn't get a clear photo. I will try to get a better one this week.

Haen graves, Renville
Hello there again

I see a few more Haen memorials have been added to the Renville cemetery, so I thought I'd give you a family tie to link into your own memorials: Dale is the son of Joseph and Effie. Joseph and Frank were also brothers, though I don't know who their parents were. Most likely the other Haens buried there are siblings or close relatives as well. If you end up making any more memorials in the Renville area, you can let me know as I might have the grave pics in my personal collection. :-)

RE: Renville Haens
You're very welcome! If you need other pics out that way, I'll be going that direction again within 6 weeks to finish the route I had started this weekend. I can also swing south the the cem's in that area (heading to Vicksburg) if there are members that are 'hiding' Enjoy the pics - your family pics make it much more meaningful to connect a face with a stone on my treasure hunts.

Renville cemetery
The one you saw two miles north would be the right one. The whole cemetery is called Fairview, but the very southernmost section is fenced off and is reserved for the Holy Redeemer Catholic church. For some reason it doesn't officially have a separate title. It's the only Catholic cemetery I've seen that isn't separately named. There are several Haens buried there, including some relatives of people I know. Hope this helps, let me know if you have more questions!

Calvary Catholic, rural Renville
Hi there

Yes I can tell you that Calvary Catholic is the same cemetery located in the middle of a field off of highway 6 south of Renville. I didn't realize it originally had another name. It is indeed misspelled as Calgary on google. It is a very small, old cemetery and hardly gets used anymore for new burials. Some of the names there include Paradee, Branick, and Lapolice. If you do have relatives there, they shouldn't be too hard to find! Happy grave hunting!
