We photographed all of the Ridge monuments around Willie and didn't run across Eva's. We'll keep a lookout for her.

|The Weimar Project||RE: George Francis Bradsberry|
I found George's entry in the WJS admissions record and have added a bit to his memorial. I also corrected his mother's name, based on your tree on ancestry.com.
Just because he was buried in the WJS cemetery doesn't necessarily mean that his family shunned him for draft-dodging. TB then was like AIDS in the 1980's and many families refused to take their relative's remains out of fear of contagion. Or perhaps George didn't tell the WJS how to contact his family so they had no way to know.
But he's reconnected now. It may sound strange, but I think it makes a difference.

Did your Uncle George serve in WWI? If so, can you tell me what branch (Army, Navy, ?) and any other information about his service? We have done our best to identify the veterans in the Weimar Cemetery, but sources are limited.

I have made the changes you requested to George's memorial. Thank you for getting him reconnected to his parents. The people in this cemetery have been very neglected, and I am so glad whenever I can add to their memorials.

Thank you for the additional information and I have made the updates. I saw that in linking with father James, I noticed the birth year was 1967 instead of 1867 per the posted veteran headstone. I have sent an edit to correct that.
I see you have posted family photos on James' memorial page-are you a direct relative? If so, I would be happy to transfer to you if you'd like. Just let me know.

No, I don't have any information on Tilla or on George. I did try to look her up at the library this weekend but I was unable to find a death record on her. Was Tilla a nickname? If you ever figure out a death date, let me know and I can go back.
