No both my parents are still alive. They currently live in Indiana but spent most of my childhood in Michigan. My father is from Winston-Salem. The picture of the grave marker for Genos Rollins Scott and Bertha Scott belong to my father's parents. Again my father is still alive. He'll be 90 next year. I'm just curious as to how you became involved with contributing a picture of the grave marker to my paternal grandparents. Hi, yeah one of the children listed under Genos Rollins Scott was Robert Edward Scott with a death year 2000. Genos' actual son who also goes by the same three names Robert Edward Scott and also born in 1924 is my father who is still alive and kicking...hard.
Anyway may I ask who your are? Are you Debbie Harding?

Yes, I'd say they're probably the same person, Debbie. It's not unusual to have a slight difference in the birthdate, however, if the death dates were off then I'd say we'd have to do a little more research. The strange part is the two different maiden names involved. This leads me to believe that one of them is accurate and the other is a name from another marriage. I'm only guessing, though. Since I don't have any links or photos on mine I'll go ahead and delete it but I'll leave it for a while until you decide if you want to take any info from it. Let me know when you're done and I'll then delete mine. Thanks, Debbie!!!

Hello. Laura was my aunt by mother. She was murdered by her husband on Thanksgiving Day 1977. She was the first death in a family of 9 children and living parents and one son William (Roger) Burrow age 53 as of this writing. She was a beautiful and wonderful lady loved by many. I would like for her records to reflect these facts.

That's a good question, Debbie. I don't know the answer. It's hard to believe the birthyear would be off by 15 years but weirder things have happened.
