RE: Thank you!
I found other members of the Herthum family on their lot. I created Find A Grave memorials for them. Would you like me to transfer them to you?

Also, the Hertu
Hum lot is shared with the Kessker family. Each name is engraved on the opposites of the flower pot memorials stone. I can transfer the Kesslers to you, as well.

Forest Hill Cemetery - Utica - FAG request
You have a request in F A G for a photo of a grave. The memorial site does not include the Plot and/or Lot numbers which would help easily find the graves you want photographed.

If you will call or email the Forest Hill Cemetery and ask for Plot and Lot information, I would be glad to go there and take the photographs for you.

The office number is 315-735-2701 and their email is

Once you have the information, please add it to the person’s F A G memorial site and mark it with a “Photo Request” or email me the burial information at

Please note: If the gravestone is covered in lichen or moss I will attempt to clean them with water and soft soap solution, except for older slate and limestone gravestones. I do not use shaving cream, chalk or abrasives.

Best regards,

RE: George
George was the father of Edward R.Smith (My Grandfather)
My Dad is his son Edward R.Smith Jr.
My brother is Edward R. Smith III
Ina, Im guessing was Edwards sister. They also had a brother Gordon.
Are you a grandchild of Clint Salsbury? Do the names Paxton, Perry or DuBois ring a bell? These are family I knew as a youngster that lived where what is known now as Peaked Rock Estates.
