Fredriech John Henning
You posted a question about Fredriech John Henning (Find A Grave # 115539000), asking if he died in Jackson, Minnesota and was then buried in Greenwood Cemetery at York, Nebraska.

He died in Lincoln, Nebraska, on 17 June 1957. Bertha Henning, who is also buried in Greenwood Cemetery died in Adrian, Minnesota. She's the only Henning in my database that died in Minnesota...but then my database doesn't include every burial at Greenwood either.

I hope this helps.

RE: Maude Totsch
I started working on this memorial, it would have been so much easier for me and quicker for this information to be added to the memorial if you had used the EDIT tab.

Date was given to me by a family member and had I been informed that a photo been added I would have corrected the date, although the date on the monument is not always correct.

I do appreciate receiving all of the information.

RE: Photo
I haven't been doing much research lately, just working to much, so sorry it so many months to answer your message. I'm in California, so I won't be able to offer you assistance. Good luck in your research. Cathy

RE: photos
I possibly can, but now have a job working nights, so I never actually commit. If I do get a chance to go photo the grave, I just let you know after I post the photo. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate soon and I can get down there.

Hi Carol, posted a photo of stone for above referenced from South Prairie. It is a nice big stone and legible. Most are not out there. Time and weather taking toll.

RE: meints cemetery
Some of the tombstones are still there although they aren't in place except for a few along the west fence. The rest are piled up against the south fence. I got the list of all the people interred there from a relative.
My great-great grandmother, Antje Franzen, was the first person (along with her stillborn child) to be buried there.
I still have quite a few Meints to enter. I didn't have their "page" when I was entering the graves. There's almost a full page of them. You'll probably find more relatives.
We're probably related as the Franzens are related by marriage to the Meints.
