|Carol Hockman Watkins||John Abraham Hockman|
Tom - my name is Carol Hockman Watkins. John Hockman was my grandfather and was married to Mae Hufford Hockman. His full name was John Abraham Hockman. On another note, Oma and Eli had another daughter Ola. I do not recall her date of birth or her death. With the recent passing of my Dad Lee's, brother Paul, my sister and I have been looking into some of the history and I discovered this site.

Thank you very much for the photo of Johnson Cook's headstone. He is my 5th great grandfather.I can't read the inscription on the bottom of the original stone and was wondering if you could remember if you were able to read it or if it is just too worn to be readable? Again thanks for the photo and any info.

Guess I wasn't the only one out today at a cemetery. Beautiful down here in southern Ohio.
Thanks for taking time to take the picture. Baby is part of my kid's extended Bushee family.

Thank you so much for filling my requests for Homer & Berneice's tombstone.
It was a plus in that it gave me the full names of all of their children.
I do appreciate the kindness.

|Luella Hinrichsen||RE: John and Elizabeth Linn|
Thomas, I'm not sure where I would have got the information, if someone sent it as an edit or I found it locally. The stone does show the death date and age, so you can go to a calculator on-line and find that, but since the places are also on this one must have came from a more detailed source. Elizabeth's may have been from a census since there isn't a stone photo. I'm sorry I can't tell you much more. You might be interested in a site for the area, Table Rock Historical Society has a really nice informative group with a lot of local history. It may have even came from Sharla, check it out! I'll have to see if I can remember and look for a stone for Elizabeth. Luella
