RE: Daniel Benjamin Flint
Do you know which one is Henry in the photo? That would complete the set.

Judy, I got the names from Horace's GG Grandaughter, Lisa Westbrook.

Sounds like you are related. She just found another unknown photo of Horace, by the way. Late war.

We still don't know which Alder is which, but we know all the Flints based on Horace, Charles, and Daniel. Horace from Lisa, of course, Charles because he was the only Non-commissioned officer in the photo, so that's him, and Daniel because the Wisconsin Veterans Museum had a photo of him to compare, and the one in Civilian clothing because the photo was taken in 1861, and he didn't join the 33rd Wisconsin until 1862. Detective work! Even the Veterans Museum did not know who was who.

Hi Judy, I changed his parent links as per your request and knowledge of the family. I am sorry they were wrong, but those links were given to me by another contributor and I took their word for it as fact. Maybe I am wrong to do that, but when someone sends me links I guess I am thinking they know or they wouldn't have sent them. Thank you for your help in making sure he is correct.
