|David W. Jent||Nina Cato Memorial|
Elaine, I am going to send you an email to you yahoo email. I came across a photograph of Nina Cato that was taken at her funeral. I wanted to leave it to your discretion as to whether you wanted to post it or not. There are actually two photographs. I am not related, but wanted to share these with any family members or others. I think that he was one of the military men from Indiana 157th Regt. as I do not know that name in MY family tree. I have been searching to the men in each of the Regts.
Also I have put on 17,700 memorials and many, MANY are not our relatives. So I cannot help you. More details may be helpful!

I guess that is a GOOD reason.
I'm having trouble linking children to parents tonight- I have emailed findagrave to find out the reason. Bout ready to put it up for tonight.

|Gina||RE: Charles C. Cato site|
On your sister's death record on familysearch.org it lists her as Nannie.
I thought you'd be pleased with having your father's site along with your mothers.

|Gina||Your Father's site|
I left a message for Richard Kelley today, whom I transferred your father's site to and explained to him that he was your father. I see he transferred the site to you.
I FEEL BETTER, NOW, that he's with family.

I was just finding them right and left last night. I didn't want to give up once I started.
I have a library card for our library and it has a database online for newspapers. I am able to get some for all over the country, as long as the newspaper posts online the information. It has been a great resource for obituaries.
From the Pantagraph, I am able to access other information. I have gotten lots of information from there. I know it has taken many hours to enter information there.
I don't luck out some of the time, but when I do, I can stay there for hours. Sometimes obituaries are short, but the Pantagraph makes up for all the others. It covers a lot of area in central Illinois.
I didn't know Carroll Sparrow, nor any of his family. Wish now I did. Those pictures are worth a thousand words for family researchers.
I am glad I was of help to someone. What got me on this line yesterday was an obituary of Vickie Casali, wife of Robert Casali. Then I'd asked you about the father of Cleveland Casali. Then the fun started.

I've noticed some other Casali's buried in Park Hill Cemetery in Bloomington- related to Grover Cleveland Casali and wife Bessie Dravis Casali. They have and infant son Arthur Casali buried in Mackinsw Cemetery. Do you happen to know who Grover's father is? I have checked on familysearch.com, but didn't find out his parents- he was born in Tazewell County- according to his WWi and WWII Draft records online.

You can change anything entered or add information. Nothing special. I like to keep close family members with family so they can update with information.

The other child we're missing is Leslie I. Casali- he was living in Peoria, when your mother died.
I have his children as Elvira Sarbaugh (1904-1994) #: 13281501; Nina Louise Cato (1913-2009) #; 33508334; Harvey Lee (1907-1952) #: 85388165; and Vance (1902-1998) #: 13281503; and Leslie.
In fact I talked to Vance a couple of years before he died. My cousin and I stopped by his house when he lived in the country near Tremont. He was a mail carrier.
