 | RE: Problem... Please send in the specifics to katrina@findagrave.com and I will look into it. If the member has been marked inactive we can usually transfer a few memorials that are related. If they have passed on, we need to check to see if there is a steward setup to manage the memorials.Added by Katrina on Dec 13, 2012 12:07 PM | |

 | RE: Seibert Cemetery - Lancaster, Illinois That is exciting news. Yes get any photos you can when you go. I requested my direct ascendents but the others listed in the cemetery are their children brothers, sisters. So I am related to them all.
That is really cool if the Daughters of the American Revolution did some work restoring it. As I mentioned I have run into several little family cemeteries around here that were long since abandoned. Most are in very poor shape.
Cool thing is that I have gone to some of these old family cemeteries on Ft. Leonard Wood and there are at least 4 of them from before the Fort was established. The military restored the cemeteries and went around them so they are kept up.
I appreciate everything, SusanAdded by Susan on Dec 11, 2012 4:28 PM | |

 | RE: Seibert Cemetery - Lancaster, Illinois Thank you so much Sheila. I really appreciate your efforts. My guess is it was a small family cemetery on their own property. I have run into several of those in my area fulfilling photo requests and they are difficult. When you find them sometimes there is little to nothing left. Keep me posted on what you find out. I appreciate your efforts.Added by Susan on Dec 07, 2012 6:10 AM | |

Nancy Ann Mull Buchanan
 | Deisher Family? I took a look at my record and then completed a search... I found the 1880 census (Wabash Co, IL) with a Daniel Deisher (born 1845) who was married to an Eliza Deisher (born 1854)? They had the following children: Wm, Sarah, and Elmira... So, maybe there are two Daniel Deishers? Or maybe Eliza remarried after Daniel died in 1918?
I am not sure I want to change my record... Their years of birth match up exactly as they appear in the tombstones. Was "your" Daniel Deisher born in 1845?
Their suggestion: ------------------------- Could you please make a correction to Eliza's memorial. Her spouse was Jonathan Grant #9799932 instead of Daniel. Daniel's wife was Emma Ramsey 1866-1930.
Thank you, Sheila
